Marks and spencer cafe ashton under lyne in Tameside

CAFEWe were warned of a wait on tables and the server was apologetic, but in the end we only waited 10 minutes before we were able to go through, order and take a seat.The customer service was amazing! Super friendly, considerate and pro-active staff! food was lovely! Recommend the Moroccan soup! Plus the gluten free roll was tasty.

Visited 16/2/22 early evening. Quiet in the store. Pleasant cafe, good coffee and snacks. Noticed all tables cleared when ever people left and cleaned, chairs also cleaned.

I've been in a few Times. and never have normal sizes.

Variety of stuffs are available, and good customer services. It’s a bit shame that they take little while to find click and collect parcels. Maybe they have 100 parcels in the back, but a lady next to me was waiting for about 10-15 mins. :(

Tried to call the store to see if an item was in stock but can't get through and they wonder why most of the stores are shutting lol. Its obviously because nobody can get through to you so customers won't want a wasted journey if not in stock so us customers shop elsewhere. What a joke the phone line is

My favourite M&S in Manchester but there’s a little problem, the place and clothes need to be cleaned and organised. They’re always in the wrong place and dusty or dirty.

Good shopping trip today at this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food hall well stocked with lots of choice. Clothing similar, well done staff at this branch.

Very short que to enter the store, staff are helpful.Food hall is not huge but it's well stocked. Free parking as long as you don't exceed 3 hours.On occasion it can be a nightmare to leave this area due to traffic congestion, but this is not an M&S problem, it's Tameside planning !!!

Always a pleasure to shop here, staff very helpful with a friendly manner. Clothing is well made and good quality, lots of choice. Dressing rooms looking a bit shabby, cubicle door handle held together with tape !! Cafeteria always got good selection of hot n cold food, with decent coffee n Cake.
