Mcdonald's Restaurants in Tameside

drive thru is way too slow. We ended up leaving the queue and ordering inside because whoever was on drive thru duty doesn't know what they're doing. Fast food my butt!

I took my daughter here this afternoon for her tea and what an absolute credit Michelle is to this team!!!! My daughter received the toy from the happy meal and Michelle came along and took her time out and played the game with not only my child but another child from the table beside us. Michelle was amazing front of house, serving customers on till point alongside clearing all the tables. Michelle, my daughter didn’t want to leave. First time in a very long time we received a great service from here and I hope your manager appreciates all your hard work!!!! Because I know we did 😀Thank you!!!

the manager and a lady staff member were absolutely horrible to me and my group of friends, i ordered on my phone and didn’t get my order and they said i couldn’t get my money back for it when i had proof i paid it. they kicked me out and shook my drink saying it’s fizzed up now they’re disgusting to their customers, they’re bullies.

It would be nice items aren't missing barbacue dip and straws twice it's not rocket science putting an order together you don't need much brain power it's really annoying when you have to drink a thick milk shake with no straw and when you ring up to complain they couldn't care less get your eyes tested

I've ordered food from this store on numerous occasions and the past 3 times it has been wrong! Today we have ordered and again its wrong! We got our drinks and no food!! After calling the store I felt like the young girl on the other end of the phone couldn't care less! What great customer service!!!! I've been in to the store too and found that all the young staff are left to there own devices messing around its more like a youth club than a fast food restaurant! I think the management need to get a grip of there staff and pay attention to what they are actually doing! I definitely won't be going back to this store and I will be letting others know! Its a shame as it was a lovely restaurant but not anymore.

What can I say? It’s McDonald’s and they all appear to be the same. A couple of nice staff members making sure it was tidy and I was there after the previous night’s drinking session. It’s never my first choice but it’s convenient and 24 hour service. The four stars doesn’t reflect on the staff, they were all fine, it’s just that it’s not my number one place to visit.The company should be proud of their staff.

We have ordered from this 1 now 3 times to find when we get home my daughter has no toy with her happy meal thats the only reason she gets a happy meal so shes been really upset i thought they had stopped doing toys and to read on my receipt its 74p for a toy is even more disgusting all our food was cold would not recommend this 1 at all no quilty in the food whats so ever

We took a takeaway at around 23:00 but unfortunately the fries were not fresh at all and soggy at least they were maybe there from the daytime and so oily, additionally the vegan wrap’s tomatoes and lettuce weren’t fresh at all even I was questioning how old it was coz they were tasteless.However, the only good feedback I can leave is for the good coffee latte.
