McDonald's in Tameside

Service with a scowl. I've refrained from commenting on this until now, but every time I visit this particular McDonald's I find that the attitude of the staff is appalling. Miserable, uncommunicative, humourless. I get it, you probably don't want to be there, but this attitude and lack of politeness has a tendency to rub off on your customers. I have always put it down to how busy this particular branch gets, however my experience today was while the restaurant was very quiet. I have visited branches in some of the busiest parts of the world, including Tokyo and Osaka, where the staff are visibly overwhelmed but still manage to retain their manners towards their customers. Furthermore, I was waiting at the counter for an unusual amount of time for my food to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm.

Left sat at the drive through window for twenty minutes waiting for my drink? I had already been given my food and eaten it by the time one of the three different people I spoke to appeared with a drink. No apology or sorry for the delay.

Staff are unbelievably thick. I understand you are on minimum wage working in a pathetic job. Maybe try getting a different job more suited to your special needs or learn to do basic skills in a burger shop. Being able to understand the word no, is something most learn as a child but here at McDonald’s, if you haven't passed primary school this is the job for you. “No ice, no lettuce” that means without them!! Coke- means normal Coca Cola. NOT diet. Wow if you work here you should be embarrassed.

Good for congregating chavs and chavettes, slow service, sometimes no or mute service. Food is standard McDonald's junk. Only been here a handful of times as its open well after other places are shut.

Came here to eat in, 27 minutes wait and the food was stone cold and chips stale. Straight in the bin, couldnt wait any longer! Even the cleaner said they are short staffed and only bothered about the uber orders! Shocking!

How anyone can get a order wrong 3 times in one order is beyond me, but it's kids stood chatting no manners really, food was cold, hot chocolate was warm water, tasted like it aswell, we had to ask for the items we ordered because they forgot then forgot the drinks, asking for sauce .....my god you would of thought we asked for the till it's gone down hill in the last year needs improvement !

It wasn't Mc Donalds that's for sure!!Amazing carvery, very clean, tidy and well decorated. Staff were polite and very welcoming.If you fancy a midweek roast id highly recommend visiting.

Just been served by a girl who said absolutely nothing. Not a single word uttered her lips. She passed me two drinks. Then found a straw. Then paced back and forth. Then gave me the food. No hi. No words. No thank you. No do you need a straw?. Any sauces? Absolutely mute. If you don’t want to be there love then just leave.

Order did not turn up, had to go and collect in person. Manager made up the order and blamed Uber. My order was with McDonald's through their app. They should take ownership and use a decent delivery company, Uber are a disgrace and I will not ever use them again.

43 minutes and still waiting for a burger. Cars are trailing round the carpark. But don't worry if you order on a just eat type site you'll get service like in an instant. McDonald's don't want drive in or walk in customer's. 45 minutes now and still waiting.
