Nandos Ashton Moss in Tameside

without a shadow of a doubt the Best Nandos in Manchester, I have been eating here & other Nandos for over 15 years and the Ashton branch is the cleanest, most consistent with the chicken, always fresh, best customer service and a very nice space especially with the recent Refurb. So I’m eating at Nandos for over 15 years I don’t think I’ve actually had a single bad experience at the Ashton branch, few at the cheetham hill one and Trafford ctr but non at Ashton. I’ll hopefully be going for another 15 years at least. Thanks to all the staff that keep the standards high

Nice staff, food okay. Mash was cold as was the chicken wrap but couldn't complain/exchange due to circumstance of visit and the limited time.

Nando’s is a tremendous restaurant in my opinion, from the excellent atmosphere to the outstanding customer service. The seats are perfectly comfortable and if your with a group of friends or a family there space for you at any Nando’s. Customer service is one of the most impressive I’ve ever seen, the food tastes incredible (especially the chicken) The way the drink system is, is very good, you buy one glass for instance for a decent price then you can go to the machine and get any drink you want as long as it’s on the machine over and over again!Strongly recommend this Nando’s and all the other Nando’s.(You may want to note that if you are Halal this Nando’s should be suitable for you but not all of them are)

Always a great meal here , was served by a young lad called “will” today , really good customer service always keeping himself busy helping customers will be back as usual :) cheers will be back as usual

Called with my sister late afternoon as neither of us had eaten yet. After sitting there waiting for her to get her head around the QR code ordering system, and screwing-up the order several times, I flipped and left. What happened to staff simply taking food orders? It worked well for so long..

Excellent service the waiter had impeccable manners and adjusted the blinds to stop the sunlight. Food arrived in good time and was a usaul nandos quality as most places... overall it they are very clean and place seems well managed with the staff being a asset

I have usually been satisfied with Nandos, however I was very very disappointed with my recent experience.I have ordered Chicken Butterfly. While I was cutting the chicken, I notice a big spider's leg sticking out of the chicken. The spiders legs was cooked and stuck inside the chicken breast , it was so visible and disgusting. I called the staff over, and explained the situation . She offered to make a new order.Few minutes later, manager comes over and says " I truly apologise about this, we usually check every plate before we serve, don't know how a spider got into your chicken, to make up for this, let us know if you want some deserts".I have shocked by the managers response, I felt intimidated. It was such a big spider cooked into the chicken, 2 big black think legs was sticking out and then the head of the sider was left on the plate.Since this experience, I have not touched Chicken at all!.I was just really disappointed, didn't expect such a poor service from a well known restaurant and then the way manager dealt with this situation by offering desert was poor.

Went in the afternoon, fairly quiet on our visit, but the food is very tasty, good selection of chicken, salad, and of the sauces from mild to the very hot. Good service and plenty of room from the next table.

Lovely friendly staff , very helpful. Food was amazing!! Definitely one to recommend. It’s a shame I don’t live nearby 😊

Great taste. Loved the chicken. Good variety of sauces to go with. Must be tried if visiting UK.11/10/19 second time visiting this Nandos. Ordered a quarter chicken with peri salted fries, spicy rice, veg pitta and greens with bottomless coke.Amazing as usual. Would definitely go back again.
