Oxford Street Chippy in Tameside

A really excellent fish, chips and gravy. Staff were friendly and restaurant was very traditional, clean and nice. I was made to drive 10 minutes to get this by my sister-in-law, but it was definitely worth it. I will be going back soon.

Great tasting food and large portions given. Although it is often very busy so there is usually a wait, but it is always worth it.

Nice fish & chips. Hot & tasty.Bit of a wait as only one person inside at a time. Don't know if the delay was caused by an earlier rush (we got there at 6pm) or bad planning in pre-preparation
