Swaadesh Indian Cuisine in Tameside

We love this place! Even the kids clear their plates when we visit. The food is delicious and the guys here always go above and beyond for us. Can't recommend highly enough!

Food was great!No atmosphere in the restaurant and wasn't advised that it is not licensed so had to bring own drink when I booked.Won't return to the restaurant, but will definitely use for takeaway

Tried a takeaway from here for the first time tonight after being reccomend on Facebook was absolutely amazing great chicken balti and a portion of chips is massive (not like that's a bad thing who doesn't love chips 😋) will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a takeaway and it came within the hour. Food was excellent and full of flavour. Definitely value for money. Delivery driver was also very friendly, couldn’t let him go without giving him a tip. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered a takeaway tonight £18. Waited 15 mins before pick up time agreed.Ordered a buttered roti not buttered and very dry. Ordered AFGHANI chicken curry( 3 chillis) unbelievably mild and had only 3 peices of chicken. Accompanying rice and lamb chop starter all cold.How can you effectively get value for money when you have taken the food away and not there in person to say this is not acceptable?We have had many takeaways from swaadesh over the years and supported them in these difficult timesHowever the quality of food has significantly deteriorated and the accurate description of the menu is increasingly questionable. This will be our last visitPaul

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with last nights takeaway, firstly the charge was £40 when the menu prices added up to £33, the reason given was there has been a new menu. Then the prawn cocktail was a joke and the curry was uninspiring with aldente peppers that were just undercooked....sorry but disagree with the rave reports iv read on here..a shame really . Guy who delivered it was pleasant though, but I won't be coming back again.
