The Allotment Cafe in Tameside

Great little eatery though found it hard to locate. The food was fantastic with plenty options and decent sized portions. If the weather is good, it's nice to sit outside.

Fantastic set up. Really lovely FOH staff, although music from the kitchen can sometimes clash with the music being played in the cafe

The Allotment Café is a great setting for brunch. The brunch menu is extensive and there's vegan and veggie options available too!I had a veggie breakfast and my partner had a full English. Not greasy! Just right! Breakfast comes with a brew or coffee which really hits the spot.

First time we went the service time was incredibly slow. But been since and the service was greatly improved. Very friendly staff. Food was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

Really great food. Eggs Benedict and avocado toast was delicious. Would have been 5 stars but sadly the service was extremely slow and a few people who arrived after us got served before us. Wouldn't stop me from returning though and would still highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and facilities were very clean.

The area is a lovely place to sit and chat and the food is delicious. I thought the brunch menu a little limited for vegans but the vegan breakfast was amazing. I would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Used to be a great spot last year but consistently poor service on the last three occasions I've tried to buy lunch there. Scona is just up the road and is far superior.

Delicious cakes and coffee. Vanilla, strawberry and ginger cheesecake and carrot cake were yummy 🤤 ... a friend had salad and ham toastie and the salad dressing was amazing....one of the best I had 👌

I walked up the canal and stopped off here and it's a nice place. It has indoor and outdoor seating which is great if you have a dog. The staff are really friendly so I will be visiting again in the future.

We love having the Allotment so close to home, we visit often for breakfast at the weekend and also for the pizzas in the evenings. Food is always perfect and the staff are welcoming and warm to all customers. Highly recommend 🤩
