Nice quiet pub, not the cheapest but a nice pint, looks like it has football. On during the season, lad behind the bar was really friendly and so were the locals

Had mum's 70th birthday party there. DJ, karaoke & buffet all done. Would definitely recommend for a family Do or jst a good night out. Bar staff really friendly... The night was enjoyed by all... Thankyou Bex smith

Great local pub - I stayed at the Village just down the road from here. I work away a lot and get given a £25 per night allowance so like to get value for money. Dining in hotels and getting two pints is often a struggle for £25. I therefore decided to try out The Victoria and wish I'd done so before on the several previous occasions I have stayed at the Village. Food is home made, tasty, decent sized portions and really quite cheap. Beer prices are slightly dearer than Weatherspoons (Who's aren't nowadays), but cheaper than the Village. I went there for all three nights while I worked away and enjoyed the food on all visits. I would also add that there was a good atmosphere in the pub on all three nights with friendly staff, although I felt disappointed for the karaoke organiser on the Friday as not many people got up to sing. Would highly recommend a visit here.
