A Bar Called Pi in Trafford

Although we were only on drinks today,,the four in our party found all of the staff extremely efficient and courteous.it was our pleasure entirely to be served by the three on duty tending the bar. Well done to your staff!

Had an amazing time here! service was great, managers and staff were incredibly polite and helpful and lovely choice of cocktails. Food was delicious. Lovely experience, would definitely come back here again!

I stayed here for a few hours to do work, there was information on their app that you get free warm drink fill ups if you work and order main, however I still have been charged for all the hot drinks. The club Sandwich was okay, although it was quite burnt for my taste ( not sure if this is the way they do it or it's just me). For dessert I had a brownie which was amazing, no complaints there. The service was also really nice, that's why it gets 4 stars.

Disappointing.The app took a considerable amount of time to download and use to order.As soon as the burger came out I questioned the staff whether these were made in house and fresh.Advised all burgers are frozen and then cooked on site. Noticeable in the look and flavour.Staff were lovely, and honest which I appreciated.Not sure how you can justify £16 for a frozen burger.

bit of a slow service and not many cocktails to pick from. restaurant looked nice, however because we were only having drinks we were squeezed into the little terrace bit they had outside. was very limited space and we could hear everyones conversations who were sat around us. wasnt ideal, so we only stayed for the only drink.

Had a lovely lunch at All Bar One in the Trafford. Everyone who works there were really helpful and friendly, finding me a pram friendly table and access to the baby change facilities. Our server, Leanne went above for us, great service, very attentive and didn’t mind taking a photo of our family (our first trip to the Trafford with baby and Grandad).Food was lovely too and good atmosphere x

Jade served us on Sunday afternoon, very welcoming, good customer service, Jade also advised on nut allergies for our child. Nachos were great to share and the burgers very good quality.

All you would expect from all bar one, nice service, good selection of food and drinks. This one located in the spectacular food Court in the Trafford Centre

Food was decent, unfortunately a couple of the preferred items were unavailable when ordering through the app, fair enough. It was disappointing though when we were informed, after 10mins, that an ordered item (fish) was also unavailable. I then went outside for a smoke whilst others (children) finished their meals and tried to order the dessert that I wanted but alas, it was unavailable also. Totally unacceptable for a Friday afternoon in a busy location. Staff were grand. Regretted choosing this outlet when there was so many other options.

I don’t see the reasoning behind having to sit and download an app (which I don’t want on my phone) and faff around trying to order off the menu. When it could take 1 minute for a staff member to come over and ask us for our order? Also I’m not sure why you are still hanging on to the ‘cashless’ payments system, can you actually explain the reason why you won’t except cash and have to order all via the app with no interaction with staff. Wouldn’t return, was too much of a hassle would rather get a sandwich from a petrol station.
