Chicken looked & tasted old. Gravy congealed. Never again.

These review are fake or the customers have no taste buds. Foods dead. How is this place open and Dixe isnt

Stay away from this takeaway: terrible customer service, missing order items, refused refund, 1h 30mins late, undercooked product - dangerous and a waste of money.We ordered our meal at 5.45pm. Called them an hour later to ascertain our meal. Saida or Sada, tells us that "its very busy, only person in the shop" it will be with us soon. We call again 20 minutes later, the food still hasn't been prepared or left the building beacause he is still waiting for the driver. I ask for a refund because at this point we no longer want the food. He told us that he's too busy, i ask for his name the duty manager, he refuses to give me the duty managers name but tells me to call back in 5- 10mins and he'll sort it out for me. I call back 10 minutes later and beofre i could speak he tells me that my drivers is going to be 5 minutes. I begin to talk and he puts the phone down- i only realise this until i hear no reply. I can here orders being taken. I wait. He picks up 2 minutes later and tells me he cannot refund me. He is too busy, he kept talking over me on the phone. He said that he cannot refund if the order has been taken online- to call the number found on thier website. I said that i wanted to cancel & have a refund. He said that he cant cancel the order because it was ordered online though the website. I found this confusing since in the 2nd call, he told me he could refund me. The delivery driver turned up at 7.38pm. The order was missing chips and wings. The chips looked like they had been reheated or deep fried more than once. The chicken was visibly undercooked beacuse the coating looked like and felt like wet dough - it was inedible and i did not feel it was safe to eat. Not only is their customer service seriously lacking, but thier current cooking practices and due diligence is a great cause for concern.

Ordered from here at 7pm last night didn't arrive till 8.45pm despite 2 phone calls when he said both times he's just got in the car to bring it. Food arrived cold and without my drink won't be ordering from here again

Food came piping hot. There was one item missing, but I’ve given 5 stars anyway as they rectified it and re-delivered within 10 minutes, with extras too!

Allways fresh and generous with portions, usually get extra's for free.

Bread for burger was rock solidChips looked like they had been cooked and then refried again.Dips which I paid for were both past there use by dates.Food was cold.The best item was the cold drink. Until I saw that even the cold drinks were imported, in a foreign language and tasted rank.Is this place for real!

Great place to eat,The food here is great I've been ordering here for quite a while as this is one of my favourite places to get chicken.The staff here are great, I've called up for a few different reasons and the customer support is great.In conclusion if your hungry and want some chicken I'd recommend you try Allen's.

I have allens quite often because they are local and the food is lovely, However I had a 2 piece chicken dinner on Monday poured my gravy on and it was very watery so put me off my meal, I'm hoping this is a one off
