Bianco Coffee Shop in Trafford

RUDE MANNERS - WAITRESSES. Being at Bianco's lots of time since the past 7 years.. Since pandemic owners are not customer face and the staff is not very reliable.Yesterday, I went with a friend and after ordering, I requested to have table clean as was very dirty, the waitresses with very rude manners questioned why I ask for that and then gave me the blue roll and spray. I was in shock and asked her to do it as she is the waitress and I had paid for a service. She took the spray and went to the table very grumpy. I spoke to the manager who only said that as they are busy they ask clients to client tables themselves which is unbelievable .. And then asked to forgive her because of the language barrier which is not related as it all about manners. She went to clean the table and complaint to my friend. WE WILL NOT COME BACK!!

Unfortunately, only three stars from me. I ordered a pizza today and it was really not that great. I am a big fan of authentic Italian pizzas and I'm sad to say their pizza is not that.Tinned mushrooms, not even fresh used on the pizza and although they have multiple vegan options, they don't even have vegan cheese on the pizza? its 21st century and everywhere you go, they have dairy alternatives, but not here.Barely enough tomato sauce on the pizza as well.I'll stick with my usual Pizzammore around the corner.

Only been in recently, but will definitely visit again, lovely interior so relaxing. Thanks to the lovely staff, and for the wonderful food and hot chocolate., Love all the authentic Italian food you can buy.

Really unfriendly staff, almost bizarrely cold.Lady serving barely speaks or looks at you, and when we were leaving we tried to be helpful by putting our empty coffee cups at the front - but the lady didn’t say anything, and didn’t even say “thank you” or “bye” despite us walking straight past her!At least in Costa or Greggs in Sale they serve with a smile and good manners! Unfortunately I won’t be returning here.

Found this place on my trip around sale my 2 year old loves pizza and the Pizza was freshly made & tasty ( made in front of you! )Cute Italian Cafe in sale,highly recommended and would go again xxKids margaritas was filling for myself who wanted a quick snack along side a delicious hot chocolate 🤩

Delivery was OK, the pizzas are over priced for the size of them, and they were very salty and flavourless, will not be ordering from here again

Very nice place that had a good selection of food and drinks available ((limited food availability at the moment.)I haven't tried the food yet but the coffee is very good but could be a bit stronger.the staff are very pleasant.the location is not the most scenic but still good and also close to public transport and carparks.only open for takeouts at the moment, but there are three tables available.

The best Pizza in Manchester. Welcoming staff will make you feel at home.My son loves to watch the pizzas being made.They recently added an ice cream, natural slushie stand, so taste.Amazing thick hot chocolate from real chocolate (no powder in sight). definitely worth trying there mochas and Italian biscuits too.As you can tell I have been a regular for the last 3 years.

I have been here a couple of times and have always left very satisfied. Staff is very kind and helpful. You have to order at the counter and then they bring it to the table. It tends to get full with families with little kids (I'm not complaining, just warning) so it can get a bit noisy. It's cosy and clean. The pizzas are really tasty and the portions are decent. The only complaint would be that ordering can take a bit longer than expected and some times the service is also a bit slow if the place is packed. Otherwise, great spot to have decent pizza.

Great food and nice coffee. Staff very friendly and kids food is good. Just don't be caught out by the kids pizza pudding, its lovely but the size of a full adult pizza! Good for sharing though 🙂
