This is our new local! The service and atmosphere are outstanding - it's like being in a top city centre bistro without the inflated prices. The portion sizes of the mains are perfect for us but may be a little light for hungry people (so, just order an extra side of something).

My soufflé was beautiful, couldn't be faulted. My wife is gluten free and we chose the baguette nibbles to start. What came was 4 slices of white sliced defrosted bread from a supermarket, presented on a doilie. It was very tacky, cheap and practically indelible. Really not something the mighty Raymond Blanc should put his name to.

I cannot find fault with Brasserie Blanc. The food is amazing, particularly the Coq Au Vin. The chicken just falls off the bone. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate and the staff are attentive but don't stand over you. It's just a stone's throw from where I live so convenient. I love the rhubarb tea.

Very pleasant place to eat, excellent decor, lively atmosphere, food good.Wasn't overjoyed by the 10% included service charge which we didn't notice until after we had paid and left a tip, hence they got two tips, but that's only a minor niggle.Overall good !

Great food. Lovely attentive staff. Nice environment. I was there for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was good. The entrance is inside the hotel foyer.

Such a wonderful meal and service. Escargot, mussels, salmon, and finished off with sticky toffee pudding. A glass of Bordeaux to wash it all down. Great place to dine when staying at the Marriott at Manchester Airport.

I ws staying at the hotel, for business, so ate here. Nicely furnished and a casual dining experience that was most pleasant. The food and service were both good. I chose the Fish curry with coconut rice and pistachio souffle for dessert. Both dishes were very tasty.

Best airport hotel dining experience I've ever had. Good quality food, well-prepared and presented. Reasonably priced.
