Caffe Nero in Trafford

Always busy coffee shop but the coffee is great and the staff is always friendly. I also love the banana and walnut cake. It's a must have for me.

Horrendlously dirty! You would think such a busy branch would be well staffed but quite the opposite - small amount of overworked and stressed staff trying to manage such a big intake of customers results in a extremely dirty place from the seating to the tables! NOT RETURNING!

Excellent customer service! Absolutely loved the coconut latte and white chocolate. Thanks Ellen for the exceptional customer service and making it special for us. #lovecafenero

Very tired. Furniture is tatty - "comfy" chairs are definitely no longer comfy! Thick layer of dust across the whole of a picture next to where we were sat. Toilets were disgusting - I've experienced better toilets in a nightclub. All in a pretty grim experience.

As always great coffee and great services the cakes here are also nice the only reason I didn't give it a five star was the shop looked taky and a little bit dirty I think it needs a make over desperately.

They have a great selection of cakes, banana and walnut cake is my fave! The coffee is great, bune atmosphere but it can be quite busy at times.

Best Staff in town. Many Kudos to the personel and especially to a barista named Maria! She is always smilling and hands down she makes the best coffee!

Decent coffee, though the wait in the queue was at least 15 minutes, it is such a messy shop so I took it to go, and the food they serve is far too expensive! So unfortunately went elsewhere for food.

They were really busy but still got my order right and were polite at the till :)

Our favourite coffee shop!!!So happy it is open again. Great staff. Great coffee. I don't like any other coffee chain. Really clean and organised and even though the queue looked long (it always is) we didn't have to wait long to be served and found a seat straight away. Welcome back!!!
