Comfortable seating, bright decor, choice of seating, plug sockets and WiFi. Friendly helpful staff. Good range of food and drinks including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Absolutely appalling attitude by trainee table clearer. Arguing with me over cleaning table. Then when I said no need to be cheeky he carried on. They kept looking over and laughing. I work in retail as a manager of a big store, if this lad was my employee I would have dismissed him instantly.

Too much noise from the near to counter fridges. Difficult to hear the server or they hear you, without having to repeat what was said. Unpleasant. The coffee was good and hot though, so no surprise there then.

Very tired. Furniture is tatty - "comfy" chairs are definitely no longer comfy! Thick layer of dust across the whole of a picture next to where we were sat. Toilets were disgusting - I've experienced better toilets in a nightclub. All in a pretty grim experience.

Always busy coffee shop but the coffee is great and the staff is always friendly. I also love the banana and walnut cake. It's a must have for me.

They have a great selection of cakes, banana and walnut cake is my fave! The coffee is great, bune atmosphere but it can be quite busy at times.

Our favourite coffee shop!!!So happy it is open again. Great staff. Great coffee. I don't like any other coffee chain. Really clean and organised and even though the queue looked long (it always is) we didn't have to wait long to be served and found a seat straight away. Welcome back!!!

Nice looking place but horrendously overpriced, e.g. £2.20 for a small square of cake, and approx £4 for a drink. Don't forget this money doesn't go back into your community, it ends up in the (probably tax-free) bank account of some overseas company. If ever there was a reason to support your local businesses instead of places like this (and Starbucks, Costa etc) this is it.

Have not been to Trafford Centre for a long time, not sure whether it would be only on reduced opening of many stores, yet it was very busy, had to wait ten minutes to be served, had to sign track and trace, went to a partly occupied table, 3 spare places, one more to be occupied, and the person did not want to share, good idea I suppose, apart from the face masks one would not have known anything was different, the atmosphere was relatively normal, people were not careless, overall a decent experience.
