Costa Coffee in Trafford

Useless, slow, unprofessional, dreadful handwritten signs attached to wet floor signs stating they're closed. Consistently close around 7pm. Poorly managed, rude staff. Awful!!! If you'd like a toastie at 1pm, I highly recommend ordering it no later than 11.30am as the service is painfully slow. It would be quicker to sit on the toastie to warm it up.

Very friendly staff and good location in Trafford centre. Sadly Debenhams closed last year which was just yards from Costa.

Staff too busy chatting to each other causing queue to be longer than needed. Get to the front of the queue to be told cash only as card reader had gone faulty. Not good! 👎

A lovely coffee shop with a selection of food and drinks and lots of places to sit. Service is quick and tables are always clean

You can always find better coffee at other Costa. Staff need to make it better

The person serving was very friendly and chatty but the other one seemed unhappy at where I had sat but instead of asking me to move glared at me and gutted several times but there was nothing saying you couldn't sit there and she could've indicated somewhere more suitable if required. I was nowhere near anyone else so that wasnt the issue. Lovely coffee and brownie. Never experienced any issues here before

Customers were allowed to sit in but all drinks were served in disposable cups. This costa looks down on Next. I had a really nice mocha! It was also fairly clean. My only fault is the state of the loo- it definitely hadn't been cleaned for a while.

I had an Americano with cream. My wife a cafe latte. Mine was 10% coffee 90% cream. Awful.Tepid. Couldn't drink it on site. Had to walk for 10 minutes before we could sit and drink our coffees. Horrible experience.

Great for coffee- obviously but for tea drinkers like myself not so good! The water they use is never hot enough! Nice selection of cakes but customers be aware that some of them have been on display all day and can be rather dry/ stale.
