Coffee was hot and nice and the cakes were fresh. Staff were great

Love the location of this. Good selection of drinks and food except would've been useful given how busy it gets to have labels on all the sweet treats.

Brilliant Customer Service From The Lad On The Till This Afternoon Nothing Was Too Much Trouble When Asking For Hot Water To Warm Baby Bottle , 👌

The service was very slow only three staf to be seen. Rubbish and empty milk carton on the floor, by hand wash in full sight of customer's waiting for drinks.Sat in side for 35 minutes not one table cleaned while there.

Lovely staff, especially a vey friendly and nice girl called Molly who has served me. However, it was a little bit cold inside and people were sat in coats.

The best coffee and dairy free!! If only there were dairy free & gluten free food options I'd love to get a df and gf toastie with my coffee. Stops me & my friends going.

Not bad coffee. Customer Service could have been better though, waited around 15 minutes to get my order for it to then be forgotten. Good thing is I got it sent to my table as an apology. Not bad.

Daylight robbery. Ordered food through the drive through, all seemed good. Until we got home and realised they didn't put half the food in the bag, worst of all the person serving said they had double checked and everything was in the bag! And the Coffee was Disgusting, Cold and couldn't taste the syrup. Anyways if you drive through here make sure they give you everything you ordered and don't take their word for it.

Unfortunately awful yet again. One coffee was burnt and my Soya latte again tasted really strongly of coconut milk, meaning they're not cleaning the alternative milk jugs... Lovely customer service but disappointing standards at this costa.

Nice bright rainy day. Went for grocery and after that decided to have coffee at Costa, WhiteCastle, Manchester. We had Latte, toast and sausage muffin. This Costa has amazing atmosphere.
