Costa Coffee - Trafford Centre in Trafford

A bit nasty but then again it's in the Trafford Centre so fits in well. Indifferent service on this occasion and not particularly nice coffee either. TopGun Maverick on the Dolby screen, Odeon on the other hand was fantastic - a definite second viewing needed.

Leaving a review only because every time I have gone past this costa I always want to grab a coffee either on my in the trafford centre or on the way out but the last handful of time I've tried to get something off the menu may it be food or a drink they always seem to be out of stock or something is broken or the staff can't be bothered regardless of the time of day I've nipped in.

We wandered in for a coffee before a late night movie, the Costa team, despite just starting to clear up on what's probably been a very busy Saturday didn't hesitate to make us feel welcome, in particular the gentleman who served us.Top marks for the whole team!

Nicely located on the edge of the Food Hall at the Trafford Centre, this Costa outlet is open, airy and has plenty of natural light. Usual fare of drinks and snacks are available served promptly and efficiently by welcoming staff.

The manager and one of the member staff are not professional. I took item to buy from the shelf . The staff said to me you are not aloud to buy it because I can’t find in the system. I said it is not my problem. He told me that he is going to call the security because I was rude. Ok go to security. Later I called his manager. Guess what his manager said .. she said that he was right because we can’t find the item in the system. I said that’s enough you shouldn’t be manager.. I will never ever go to all Costa .

This is the Costa Coffee based in the actual cinema part. Friendly staff on serving, clean counters and dining area. We ordered 3 brownies. Lovely and soft with a caramel topping. Lots of other sweet selections and sandwiches.

They are short staffed but the staff that be in work so hard and they are very polite and a delight to be served by well-done 👏

Excellent space this. Lots of varied seating and cleanly maintained. Friendly service too. Coffee is as good as it's gets and the other eatables are fresh too.

Good friendly service with good quality coffee and cakes and biscuits. Has variety of payment methods including Android and Apple pay. I prefer the coffee at Costa and feel better taste than other establishments. Downside was that tables do not get cleared in timely fashion
