Emilio's Takeaway in Trafford

Had the large shish lamb kebab on naan, and it wasn't very good at all. Although the lamb was cooked well, it wasn't seasoned with anything, the salad was just lettuce, the naan was a small doughey shop bought thing, and the chilli and yoghurt sauces were tastless. Very bland - would not bother again.

Very poor communication between staff, no idea how they're running a business like this. 1.5 hrs waiting to be told "it should be cooking still because its not out for delivery" I asked can you check, "okay it's not cooking, so it must be out for delivery already" but couldn't confirm that it was or wasn't 🤦🏻‍♀️ 30 mins later, "it's front of the queue waiting for a driver" but no idea how long he will be.... Utter incompetence.The staff here don't know what's going on in their own kitchen, complete lack of initiative and made no apology whatsoever.

Ordered from here and food was dreadful - greasy and cold. The staff were incredibly unprofessional, with most being more interested in their phones than serving the customer.Served by a tall blonde girl who was incredibly rude and seemed more interested in her friends camera than taking my order. Never again - would not recommend. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

Used to be a regular. But recently this place has gone down hill . Orders always wrong and when you phone up to sort out you are spoken to like it's your fault and get bad attitude. And apparently a Greek salad doesn't have feta cheese ?! (Okay! ) Won't be using this place again anytime soon .And I tell anyone who ask for a good takeaway not to go here

Ordered for collection at 5:42pm, was told to collect at 6:12pm. Still waiting. It's now 6:34pm...why give a time for collection if you aren't going to make the food until we arrive to collect?

Sad to say, we have all eaten from Emilios, being born and bred in Sale, for many many years... tonight we all fancied Emilios fish and chips, it was vile and soggy and very unappealing, the staff were really unprofessional behind the counter and you know the place looks tired and dare I say dirty to how it used to be, I think Emilios would be bitterly disappointed! the place has gone to pot... it will be my last time ever eating from Emilios and I can safely say the family feel the same.

My wife ordered a 12” deep pan America pizza, chips & onion rings tonight and after many years of great service and quality we are really upset with our meal!The pizza which is usually tasty and cooked well, was soggy poor and felt under cooked. The gentleman on the phone just said ‘Oh well I will let them know’ and so ended the call.I will leave ordering for a while and hope things improve.

Quite simply the absolute best Doner Kebab you will ever taste in your entire life. The meat is delicious and always juicy and tasty. The Pitta or Nann are both super soft and fresh. The salad is fresh and crispy and the sauces are all on point. Their Chippy offering is also top top quality as is the Pizza and Garlic Bread. All in all its an 11/10 from me, can't fault it at all .... Go on TREAT YOURSELF x

Zero Stars!!! What a joke, been eating at emilios for years and since they've brought out the app turned into a debacle 8 years we've been going there and last three orders have been over 45minutes late and food turning up cold and nowhere near the quality we've known in the past!!! Disgusting customer service, have the cheek to imply we are lying about the heat of the food!!! Why would we lie after going there for 8years happily. Asked for a refund offered to put out the food in another 40minutes...2hours and 15minutes after we had ordered. Its not even edible as who wants to chance reheating the chicken after its been on a hot plate for who knows how long. I am honestly fuming!!!

Got a takeaway from here tonight & it was incredible. The pizza was so tasty, thin & crispy. The garlic with cheese was one of the best I've ever had. The chips were fresh, fluffy inside & tasted amazing & even better when dunked into the curry sauce 😋
