Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar in Trafford

Went on a Sunday evening. Lovely and quiet. Great service. Friendly and professional. We both had 2 cocktails which were excellent, bubblegum daiquiri and whiskey sour (photograph). The food was top notch. We use to regularly visit the branch in Altrincham but it closed. However we were so happy with the good and service here we will be back even though it's a bit further afield

Been to this Frankie and Benny's a fair few times over the years and over all them times I've never had a bad experience. With every vista the food has always been fantastic with great service.On our visit we were service by a great chap who was very helpful and very honest, it was only his second day he told us but he was great very honest about the food.

Fantastic service, with great tasting food. Elle our waitress was utterly superb, really on the ball. Nothing was a problem, very friendly very knowledgeable.

I hadn't been to a Frankie and Benny's for year but was really pleasantly surprised. Food was ok - but the best part by far was the service. Lucyna looked after us so well. She was polite, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making us feel so special!

Blonde server was brilliant. Very attentive.Food delicious.And the price including lunch menu and refills was a welcome surprise.Nice experience and we weren't ushered out as the food was finished being eaten as can happen elsewhere.

Five of us went yesterday for a family catch up and a meal ,we hadn't been before but my niece from Leicester said we would love it ! It should of been a bit of a warning that there were only about 10 people in , 5 adult meals came one looked liked a child's portion , the waiter said mmm that looks titchy and got us another piece of chicken when we started eating the food was just warm , bearing in mind the kitchen was a couple of tables away from where we were sat , we told the waitress who offered to take them all away , we got a lot of sorrys from all the staff , we decided we didn't want to wait another half an hour so declined their offer when we went to eat the pasta it was actually cold , again spoke to the waitress who said Sorry ! we asked for fresh portions which they obliged us , I cannot understand how they are allowed to serve food that has obviously been in warmer , it wasn't cheap , and it was very embarrassing having to keep complaining I thought this place had a good name well the one outside of the Trafford centre will ruin that name , wondering if anyone else has had food they have had to complain about .

Fantastic service from front of house, but my main was only luke warm. The plate was cold and I think it had been put under a hat source to keep warm whilst the other plates on the table were cooked. I sent it back and they made a fresh one, it was piping hot but again served on a cold plate! A hot plate would of gone a long way towards getting this right first time and I doubt I'm the first to mention this.

The service was fantastic and the staff were brilliant. Really friendly, chatty and had the time to talk to you. The food.... wasn't particularly great tho :-( nothing specific just not overly tasty. The abc burger had a really spicy sauce on the chicken, the new York chicken was small but covered in loads of bbq sauce (too much) and started of shared bread was quite dry and not good value for money. I usually LOVE frankie and bennies but left feeling quite disappointed in the food which was a shame after the staff were all so amazing 👏

This visit was the most disappointing experience we have ever had at an F&B restaurant. The welcome was mediocre for a pre advised birthday meal, the waitress hardly seemed bothered to take our orders showing a mediocre attitude.The food was very average and the portion sizes disappointing.Once the mains were eaten we asked for the usual Happy Birthday song but were told the music had broken and the staff had sore throats, we approached the manager who then advised he would make it happen. After a further reminder they eventually sung to our Grandson and we joined in.It just felt like they were too busy and couldn't be bothered with us.On the way out we visited the toilets which were poorly maintained, this just capped a very dismal visit and we vowed we would not entertain another F&B again.

We visited for my Birthday for family celebrations & we had to loveliest waitress Lucyna. She made our whole experience wonderful, she was so sweet & even the children commented on how lovely she was. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we were happy with our food and drinks. My daughter didn’t like her pasta & she kindly had it taken off the bill for us. The rest of the food was perfect & we really enjoyed our evening after a busy afternoon shopping.
