Tasty food, served fairly quickly. Big portions and the ability to change elements (eg swap vegan applewood for regular cheddar).Good choice of burgers too... Just as well, given the name! :)

I have decided not to go again. I ordered the taxi driver and 'well done' should not mean burned. I also got a kids menu for my son. a plain beef burger, skinny fries and summer berries juice. They brought apple and pear juice which I didn't mind. However, had to speak up when they brought a chicken burger instead of beef. My 4 year old doesn't like chicken. The person who took my order came and said 'you said chicken but it is fine'. well I did not say chicken and you should not speak to customers like that. I know what I said. What you think you heard doesn't matter. If you want to fix it just say 'no problem. we'll fix it' or if you don't want to fix it just don't.

Always love the burgers here!! Best burgers I've had and made to order! There was a queue at a peak time to get in, however it wasn't a long wait plus we'd pre booked a table. As soon as we'd been welcomed in the queue and told them we'd already booked, we went straight in. Ordered by the app, which was quick and easy. Food came really quickly and didn't last very long!! Delicious!!

Amazing burgers, always amazing, and great choices for those with a dairy intolerance too. Service has always been good. I used to love their milkshakes (they do the best ones in the UK) but since I found out I am dairy intolerant I tried the vegan chocolate one. It was good but chocolate milkshake has always been my least favourite flavour so just wish they would do a vegan vanilla!

We ordered 2 identical orders of classic cheeseburgers to be cooked medium. 1 was medium and 1 was barely cooked (very red). I informed the waitress who apologised and was happy to have the issue corrected. She took the burger and then came back with an attitude and told me that the chef said the burger is medium do you want it well done. I showed the waitress the medium burger and said this is a medium burger, the other burger is rare. The issue was corrected, but would have been corrected without any issue had the chef not sent the waitress out to argue about it.

One of the best burgers in town. Well priced too, and their chips are amazing!Sara was awesome and made us feel like home since minute 1.

The place is very busy and all the staff are always busy and working hard with all the customers waiting time's are not too bad the food is excellent me and my partner had the might burger and chips well worth a visit if in the Trafford Centre

Would highly recommend and would go again couldnt go wrong with the burgers a little disapointed in the cocktails and beer coming premade in can and bottle but didnt effect flavour was just wanting abit more fancy than a basic cocktail . Some of the staff had a cant be bothered attitude , but on the otherhand some was really helpful.

Burgers and shakes are overpriced for what they are. Expectations vs reality was very disappointing. Ordered my burger medium/well done… nothing medium about the burger had blood on the bun. Decent sized chip portions. Won’t be in a hurry to return, which is a shame because when I first visited a few years ago it was lovely.

Overpriced - have no issue paying for high quality food and it was nice but not worth £23 for burger chips and a drinkService was very slow tooOn a plus note the milkshakes are really good!
