KFC in Trafford

One of the servers, a brunette woman called Emma was very rude and had a really poor attitude. She definitely needs some lessons in customer service and how to speak to people as manners don’t cost a thing.

Food was fine, the person that serves us was excellent and got us to spend so much more than we intended on doing, so bravo on the upselling! However it took ages for the food. The restiwas empty and it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive!

Alway not good!!Chips - not editable, seems fried in old used oil!Chicken - obvious not been prepared carefully, very different than other branches, my be the recipe not followed carefully or the cooking oil used several times and old!! Unsure but not good enough!Now I stopped buying kfc from this branch!

Unlike other reviews, the boy at the till was very welcome and patiently listened to my order as I changed twice lol..N got exactly what ordered, fresh n hot...

I have really bad anxiety especially when it comes to ordering but this lovely lady named Kaitlyn (blonde hair) was so kind and patient I felt so calm. She talked to us with such respect and I will definitely be coming here from now on!!Big big thank you to her, not many people are like that!!!

Food was good i won't lie. However service was absolutely terrible, and this happens every single time I go there. Firstly, the machines stop working which then slows everything down and it is way too overcrowded. Secondly, after waiting for around 30 minutes to get my order, literally half of the food i ordered was missing. My order was messed up completely, so many sides were missing and so much chicken as well. After i realised, i went with my daughter to ask for the food we didn't get and the staff were terribly rude. Their attitude was appalling. I asked for the food i payed for and then they roll theirs eyes at me barely even listening to what i was saying. I mean if i was rude then okay, but i was understanding as it was very crowded so it must of been hard for them to get every order right under so much pressure and they STILL decided to be rude. Honestly next time i'll order from the kfc near my house, tastier and has MUCH better service.

I am writing to say that I had a mediocre experience Today. First, the food took ages because the mall food court was already busy to start with and then when I got my food, they were missing one thing off of it. Surprised they didn’t forget gravy. Very unhappy as at other kfc stores, it was always perfect until this visit today. Food was nice as usual but don’t recommend at this location. I suggest visiting another kfc if I was you.

Absolute discrace, went to kfc on Friday evening, staff were rude, there were about 5 staff stood talking and laughing whilst peoples food were sat there going cold. I asked for a krushem and I was told they stop at 9, however it was 9:02 and whilst we were waiting for our food, (which took 20 minutes, because they were all stood laughing together) they were serving krushems to other customers and also gave someone a free one right in front of me. Shocking.

After running out of cold served drinks the staff find it appropriate to serve warm drinks out of retail bottles of pop for FULL PRICE. Not only this, I had to wait 15 minutes (at 9.20pm) for 2 cold ropey bits of chicken and warm coke from a bottle.

Is it just me or has KFC gone down hill? The chicken was dry and tasteless, the chips were cold and the gravy is just not the same. I'm sorry Colonal but you've lost your touch 😞
