Lily's at Eden in Trafford

Had a really nice coffee and cake! The staff were very friendly and the place was nicely decorated! Definitely be going their again

Terrible customer service, all food is cooked by microwave which is absolutely disgusting. cheap products and rude staff. will not be eating here again.

Been to Lily's 3 times and will probably go again. The food is lovely although it's a very long wait usually. The lady on the till is quite abrupt and was the last time I went. The dessert selection is quite basic when I've been. Overall a nice place with a fantastic menu selection just wish the staff were more pleasant.

When visiting from Australia, we always enjoy popping into Lily’s for coffee. This year, having not been able to come for over two years, we treated ourselves to afternoon tea. The quality and quantity of the food were excellent - a generous selection of tasty ribbon sandwiches, freshly made scones and delicious cakes was beautifully presented, whilst the bottomless tea was served in fine china, making the whole experience a decadent treat and for a very reasonable price. One of the nicest afternoon teas I have ever had!

What a lovely place. We had s large latte a pot of tea and a teacake, which came to £8. Reasonable i think. Just needed a saucer to put my spoon on.

A bit disappointed this time we've had lovely afternoon teas here in the past that were beautifully laid up and felt elegant. Flat and uninspired on this occasion no tablecloth or anything to indicate it was special. Food was good but came 20 minutes late and so tea was cold by then. Probably won't repeat or recommend.

A popular cafe that is often busy. Centrally located in Urmston, it serves a range of food and drinks. I'd recommend visiting if you fancy something to drink or eat.

Went in for an afternoon tea which had been bought as a present. Table was ready on arrival and service was brilliant. Friendly welcoming staff and the food was lovely. I would recommend.
