McDonald's - Chester Road in Trafford

Went here as nowhere open in the glittering cosmopolitan mecca of the North West. Must not have been any football on, as was dead.Waited an age as they prioritised drivers and the greasy tap the app breed. I stupidly went for the vegan option: most pitiful, rancid, cynical joke ever. Look at the pics. There can be NO-ONE on this planet who would accept that unless there's seriously something wrong upstairs, right?I really think the big meat companies are actively driving down a non-meat option by making veggie/vegan options a complete joke.

Jack the Manager- terrible customer service. Made me come all the way back for the same food. mcds never had CS. I had to collect a delivery order that was wrong for £20. And waste my own petrol going back. Joke. Nothing for my troubles. Did not did not expect anything else from McDonald’s.

Food was hot. Service good. Nice and clean. Busy time. More lost points as German ap does not work outside of De

Stretford macdonalds is much the same as any other. Parking is limited, drive through a bit slow at busy times.Latte £1.69 so cheaper than some of the chain.Paid in cash and was given 90p in 5p coins, had to ask at next window but was exchanged immediately.Great service friendly happy staff

Great experience as the food was fresh and warm.Nice to be able to eat inside again.Just wish they would have a separate area for the delivery drivers as they just loiter about.

Pleasent dining experience but with only one toilet (also it being a disabled toilet) meant I could not prepare and inject my heroin and inject it without people constantly knocking on the door. Also there were ladies sanitary products all over the place and none of them had any blood to drink (I'm a vampire you see). Bad times were had but your milage may vary. Please sort it out guys.

The fries never taste the same as the other McDonald’s! These ones have less salt and have a bad taste. They taste really fatty and leave a bad taste in your mouth. Other than that, the service is good.

Delivery order was missing a third of the burgers. One of the large fries was half full. Large milkshake was only 2/3s full. Big tasty tasted of thick, burnt plastic. Normally really happy with this branch but this was awful.

Ive eaten all around the world from the best 5 star london restaurants to pickle buttys on top of everest with Ren... this maccys beat the lot absolutely fantastic food! Would of given 5 stars but the hour an half wait at the drive was absolutely horrendous but hey good things come to those who wait.

Badly trained staff. Worst service out of a drive through window ive ever had. No salt on fries, server threw the fries in the bag upside down, didnt even look at me as he handed them over. Work somewhere else if you do not care about your job.
