Mella Pizza in Trafford

Do not order on their website as meal deals are incorrect! When contacted they said known error but didn't have the decency to contact me to advise of this. Happy to take money and under deliver. What food we had was rubbery and dry......really has gone downhill

Pizzas cheap and average. Decided not to deliver what we asked for either and then refused to come back because they were busy. Better places than this takeaway!

Bit of a joke, ordered a donner kebab and was told I'd have to pay an extra £1.50 just to have the salad and sauce separate. Get a grip lads, it's a kebab, an extra container probably costs you 5p. Better off next door.

Ordered food at 10.40pm and they said it would be 45mins. The takeaway doesn't close till 12midnight so had enough time.Rang back after 45mins and they said the driver had left....Still waiting on food... rang off my daughters phone and they asked for address and said driver left 2mins ago... its not 23.54 and rang the shop wondering where my order is that got placed over an hour ago and now there not answering the phone...Rubbish service and the guy said he didn't speak English and to call back,, which we did and then no one answered.

Always order from them been with me through my whole pregnancy and after and amazing people brilliant food and always ask about my family Thankyou to the Mella Pizza team and the boss absolutely amazing people

Ordered one Friday night after been out for a couple of drinks, ordered garlic bread, chips and chicken wings which should come to £10 if that as the food is super cheap and tasty. Checked my bank balance the day after and they had charged me £51. I went in to complain they were rude and reluctant to give me my cash back, they made a comment that I was tipsy soIt was my fault and It didn’t matter and it was human error?!.Despite this error after a night out the food is really tasty and super cheap just be on the ball when paying!

Won't be bothering again. Simple small order said 30mins delivery. Rang up twice and they kept saying 20mins. Total waiting time 1hour 40mins them the order came with missing items!!

Great cheap food. The order was wrong and when I called for the rest of the order to be delivered the person on the phone was rude and put the phone down. However the rest of my kebab (naan bread) came quick. Also some of the food is cheaper on just eat than there website.

Ordered here first time. Will be my last. Ordered pizza and garlic bread. Delivery arrived on point, 30 minutes after order was placed. Sadly driver forgot my wife's garlic bread. Fine, Valentine day, my wife's food not arrived but its alright, driver promised he will be back in 5 minutes. Ok we literally are living 5 minutes away. 40 minutes later I have decided to call them and see where is my wife's garlic bread, I am accused of being a liar because they said I have ate garlic bread and now I want another one. WHAT THE HELL. You can imagine my reaction. Staff been so rude over phone and when I asked for full refund after this whole experience, they just hang up. I'm sorry but avoid as much as you can. Pizza was good though. Sadly staff was bitter....

Worst takeaway experience I've ever had. Food was running over an hour late, so I phone up. "Driver just leaving now". Half an hour, still no sign (i live just over a mile away), i ring up again, they said they left five minutes ago. Constant lying. Had to cancel in the end after waiting almost three hours. Please please please don't order anything from here.
