Visited Millie’s Cookies to collect this birthday cookie I ordered for my partner! Service was great, nice and fast! Very easy to find! The cookie was really well done as expected! Very happy overall!

My concern was hygiene related. There were tongues available to take the cookies and place them in the bag but the assistant took them with a gloved hand instead. Gloves are great when serving food but when that person is also working the till and taking money with the same gloves, it is only the person's hands who are kept clean.The poor value for money is the price of the slushies.

Tried the jaffa cookies for the first time amd I like them.

We got a big double Millie’s cookie for my little brothers 13th birthday and when we got home and opened it, it looked like a child has written it and it was all smudged. This is the second time this has happened, he was very disappointed!

Someone called Shirley served us and was very polite and professional, the cookies were amazing and lots of choice, she was able to answer all my questions about availability

Went to collect a personalized cookie for my son's 18th birthday today only to find it had been made on a heart base and not round as per order. Luckily they had a spare base and asked us to return in 20 minutes. However was so disappointed with the cookie as it was so obvious it had been rushed and looked awful. The writing didn't fit and no care had been taken. Spoilt my sons 18th birthday.
