I attended Nando’s in Trafford Centre on 21/06/22 with my Mrs arrived around 17:30 we were greeted straight away and given a table and advised on how to order 2 methods, first is via QR Code and signing up to Nando ordering system (I admit I did have a look and it wasn’t that bad to complete an order) second is to take the menu to one of the tills and order face to face (showing my age but this is my preferred method even though I am techy person). The place from outside didn’t look busy but once we were inside, I would say it was ¾ full we had a look at the menu took us about 5-7 minutes to decide what to eat.We ordered:Fino Pitta (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sides:Regular Peri ChipsRegular RiceSunset Burger (Lemon & Herb) with 2 sidesRegular Peri ChipsRegular Garlic Bread1 x Bottled Water1 x Diet Coke (Bottomless)Total = £31.65I was contemplating a starter such as Houmous with PERi-PERi Drizzle, personally I should of got it or I should of order something bigger as my meal (Sunset burger was smaller than anticipated) another small criticism my Mrs stated was on her Fino Pitta most of the sauce was on one side of the Pitta so by the time she ate chicken there was remaining Pitta with loads of sauce which she left, food took around 10-15 minutes to arrive and we already got the sauces and cutlery (as it is self service) no complaints on the service the food was nice and fresh all is well.Customer service is good and the staff and very helpful.I did notice some certain seating area lack privacy where are other do have more privacy so I guess you can ask where you would prefer to be seated on your personal preference (as long as it is not major busy).Just to let other Muslim patrons know they do sell alcohol also I didn’t know this as I haven’t been here for very a long time (I mean years!) some would say I have been living under a rock...The only other food establishment (currently as I will try others in due course) I have eaten from in Trafford centre is Archie's and Nando’s is 10x better in food and customer service compared to them.

Honestly don’t know why I bothered coming here again. We came back in April and the staff were horrendously rude, I’m sure they all have an attitude problem, didn’t help you and when you asked about something got met with a blunt reply. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and that was the first mistake, the food all came out separately and when the final 2 meals came out one 20 minutes later was freezing cold and the other was lukewarm. We also were given no knives and forks and when we asked we had no reply the member of staff stormed off and then came back and threw them on the table. Will never ever be returning! A complete waste of £40 overpriced rubbish.

Visited 20/03/2022, as Trafford centre shops open at Midday but Nando’s opens from 11.30am on a Sunday went for a bite before going round the shops. Great service from the start with a 3 queue system for either 2 people or less / 3 to 4 people / 5 people+ and we were only 2nd in the 3 to 4 queue so seated quickly and guided to table, agreed on buying the family platter and 3 bottomless refill drinks, once ordered (only two till points so big queue to wait, with manager types stood watching and not supporting their staff) the lovely lady at till took the order quickly and efficiently and food was delivered to the table not too long after. A good place to get some tasty food with wide range of accompaniments / sauces to adjust for your personal taste i.e one of the chickens can be one flavour, lemon n herb and the other as mango 👌🏽 (again alternate to your preference). If your worries about cost of travel and distance to Trafford centre then if you aren’t already aware the Metrolink tram system goes to the centre. Worth going back to and well done service team for the great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional service from this Nando's manager (Morgan)! She noticed that I was struggling with ordering on the app. She approached me and offered assistance. I said I would try some more, but eventually gave up. (A problem with my card.) I went up to the desk to order - it was just before closing and they were very busy. Noticing me in the que, she asked if she could help. I said it would be great, but my card was not working. She invited me to a separate desk and quickly took my order. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was perfect. Well done manager and thank you for coming to my aid. Keep up the good work.

I full understand the Trafford centre nandos is very busy especially on a Sunday however when I arrived today there was 3 queues.. one for 2 people.. 3-4 people and 5+ I was in the queue for 5+ having to wait for 1 hour and half to then be seated an when I went to the till I was told I couldnt use the gift vouchers my children had received for xmas. I was then told there was a "sign" which stated this however this was situated at the front of the queue for 2 people therefore with me being in the queue further away this was not seen an was not clearly stated. When I spoke to the manager of the store she accused me of shouting at her staff when I wasnt directly shouting at the young lad who served me he was lovely I was obviously distressed due to the fact I had to entertain 3 children 1 being a toddler to then be told theres technical difficulties and wasnt accepting them but no technical difficulties when paying by any other payment. Thought this was absolutely disgusting and to be told there is nothing we can do and just gave me nandos email address to email them direct. Safe to say I will be sticking to my local nandos an will not go through the stress again of today. Leaving me to pay the full bill in order to feed my children who by this point was upset an really hungry an tired.

Came in tonight ordered 2 wraps with 2 fries, wings and drinks. One positive note the food came out really fast however the Food very poor. Only thing hot was the fries. Wrap and wings were lukewarm at best. Chicken in wrap was dry and cold. Unappetising. Literally the only thing good was the chips and drink. Feel very ripped off. Would have complained to the waiters but seemed uninterested and I was too tired to start complaining. Nobody even came to the table to ask how it was yet the people next to us were. Will not be returning ever again to any nandos. Can get cheaper and much much better quality food somewhere else. If you could respond would be great. Like how the chicken can be so cold and dry. Fresh chicken is meant to be sizzling yet there was no heat in any of it.RegardsUsman

Perfect service. Nice, quiet friendly atmosphere and delicious food. We got the Family Platter which cost £44.95 - this included 2 whole chickens and 5 large sides. It was perfect for the 4 of us and still had some left over to take home.

After ordering, the time it took for the food was way too long, which was quite frustrating. They got the drinks wrong but proceeded to give refund or replacement drink without any additional charges. The afro-portuguese food was excellent and a must try.

23 years of living life... my very good friend took me here for the first time ever.. and I was impressed with the food quality 👌🏾😋 as well as the customer service. Was absolutely quality.. people have told me that it's overrated however they haven't experienced nandos like this one. One of the best. And definitely recommend. Will be visiting again soon.

Visit this nandos quite a lot as the chicken is halal here and on this occasion the service was very poor. The usually virtual queuing and then you get your text message saying your table is ready for the next 10 minutes only for you to join a physical queue to be seated which was another 10-15 minutes. Certain staff were very helpful with bringing drinks and the food but some couldn't be bothered bringing sauces and cutlery had my food go cold waiting!
