Nandos chillfactor in Trafford

Hardly anh chips, hardly any sauce on my sunset burger, a bit dry. The Broccoli was overcooked and not as flavoursome as per previous occasions.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Five meals were returned to the kitchen as the chicken was cold. Eventually the meals were returned and the chicken was reheated however, unfortunately the side orders were not heated and returned cold!Will never be back in this outlet. 0 🌟Nandos establishments

Always good. Do not like the fact there is no ordering at the till anymore, all orders on the app so if you miss one thing (ie perinaise or a drink) it's a faff to reorder. 4 stars given as no evidence of seats being wiped down, bits of food on the bench which also means potential covid!

Unfortunately bit of a wait for table...starters fine but chicken cold in pitta bread with soggy salad. Our visit was enhanced by your waitress Erin..so helpful nothing too much trouble..handled her customers politely and calmly,very professional young lady. Nandos is lucky to have the privilege of her services...promotion definitely on the cards...well done Erin.

I was at Nandos on sunday around mid day and enjoyed a delicious meal👍🏻 definately worthy 5 star rating, Mainly goes to the lad who took my orders and served me. I believe his name was sonny and he did a brilliant job. Definately will be back soon👍🏻

The worst nandos I've had ever. Waited for ages for my food to come. Came once absolutely freezing cold. The second time it came my partners chicken was bleeding through

Great meal, the manager on shift was really nice. I way prefer the reduced booking during COVID the restaurant wasn’t packed the food came quick and it was just a good experience.

Went there under covid restrictions which could have been a problem. But no, the service couldn't have been more attentive and friendly and they served up lovely Nando chicken the same as ever. Well done!PS: If there's a queue you are asked to scan a QR code, with your mobile, fill in your details and then you're alerted when a table is ready. Then you order and pay from your mobile too.

Vegan review:When I asked about vegan options I was handed a very thick file to go through to read all the allergens to work out what I was able to eat! Not the best start or experience with dining out in terms of feeling valued as a customer.I opted for a greens and grains salad with the addition of chargrilled peppers, houmous and 1/4 avocado. For dressing I added olive oil and balsamic vinegar as it came without dressing. It was all really cold like it had come straight from the fridge, which made me even colder after coming from skiing in the chill factore!Service was really quick, prices were ok.
