Never tried this chinese but food was tasty and delivered on time x

When we moved to the area it took many failed attempts of trying to find a good Chinese until we stumbled upon this gem and we have never looked back. Food always comes hot and delicious

Food not as good since moving even now quality of ingredients lower beef tougher char siu fattier king prawn fewer delivery slower

1st time ordering a Chinese in sale as I've just moved here. Been reading the reviews and searching what Chinese to go for and thought this is a nice place. I was wrong the reception looks like a store room. Ordered quite a lot of food as we were hungry from moving all day and didn't want to cook. Food was cold and un-edible. So on the 1st day in Sale we were hungry. Bad 1st day in Sale....

Thought it would taste nice due to high reviews and being more expensive than other takeaway's but I was wrong. They are overpriced and the food here is terrible. At least the driver was nice and polite when delivering the food, called the Chinese up but they just hung up. Worst Service ever, I won't ever be coming back again. Will be telling everyone I know not to come.

Having read a lot of negative reviews I gave these guys the benefit of doubt in these difficult times. As a business owner it hurts me to say the food was beyond bad. Crispy noodles were hard as stones, chowmein awful, dumplings tasted like paper! Waste of money & will never order again!

If i could give zero starts i would.They got out order COMPLETELY WRONG and missed a meal off, when he rang they actually argued that we gave the wrong order. Tried to refuse to correct there mistake and blame us and we then simply asked for a refund (agreeing to give the food back as it was unopened) the tried to refuse and continued to argue.Didnt want to take any responsibility for their mistakes.So i took the food back to the shop in person to which they was still arguing we are wrong.But they got their food back and we got our refund.I didnt even get the try the food to comment on that but I can make comment on The customer service from this takeaway, which was absolutely terrible and disrespectful. For something that could have been easily fixed, the patronising and argumentative we got was a joke.Will definitely NOT be ordering from them again and I'll never recommend them to anyone else.The standards of service are extremely poor and I suggest they get to working on how they speak to the paying customers

The food was tasteless, we made a big order and they forgot half of it, We also spent a lot of money on it! Salt and pepper Chicken was tasteless, and the noodles tasted like they had been reheated and burnt. We rang the restaurant and they wouldn’t answer when we tried to see where the rest of our order was! When they eventually delivered the rest of our order the salt and Pepper chips had no seasoning what so ever! Basically don’t order from here because the food is awful, tasteless and overpriced! Not ordering from here ever again.

Just received my first order. We had missing ribs from starter and the food was terrible! Salt and pepper chips wasn’t even mixed with anything just dry chips with some onion slices. Crispy beef tasted like wood chips yuk. Never again

Used to be nicest Chinese around just received an order not listened to a thing we asked about the food ie no veg in a dish, extra spices in another ---- not asking for anything we haven't had before.beef tough and fatty, broccoli rock solid, salt and pepper ribs hardly any meat riddled with fat, soft noodles and can of fanta was ok tho! just lost a loyal customer.
