Pizza Hut in Trafford

A bit of a wait to get in, but this was purely because they are still practicing social distancing between customers and regular cleaning of tables.Other than this, the food was piping hot, and the service was great, however the garlic bread and fries sides that we ordered were a little over cooked, dropping the review to a 4 star

Greeted by the manager who made my daughter and I very welcome. Opted for the buffet which was pretty good with staff always on hand for assistance as required. The food itself was pretty standard for pizza hut but there was plenty of it.

Great atmosphere, great customer service and fast service for food also.

Last time I went to buffet at Pizza hut, some 20 years ago, pizza's available had name plates so you knew what was what. No real improvements in those 20 years, step back actually, now no name cards. And more base than filling 😔

Really nice food. Went for the buffet which was great value for money. Had some pizza, pasta, garlic bread, salad bar and ice cream.

Came yesterday with my 2 friends. Was only a 20 minute wait on a busy Saturday before Christmas. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Food was nicely presented and lived upto our expectations. Dessert was slightly a smaller (and thinner) portion than I remember but was still just as nice. Salad bar was full as well.

We have ordered large pizza and we were happily eating. Unfortunately one of my colleagues has cheese allergy so he brought his own sandwich, the staff and the manager asked us to leave the restaurant immediately 😄. Very rude and this is what happens when we follow the rules blindly without understanding the reason behind is. I promise i will never come here again. Cheers

People who work here, not really happy to serve customers. New ordering app not working properly, and asking to allow personalised cookies to your information. When you ordering by app, you can have any consultation from waitresses. Waitresses forgetting about you at all, our dessert never came, we just walked away.

Considering wasnt our first choice for the eve actually had a fun time here,like being kids again. Easy to order on the app. Shame not more vegan options in the dessert range but otherwise all good.

Happy that buffet is open again, however ordering by phone is not convenient. Good overall all experience.
