Excellent mixed kebab and good service after a marvellous Middlesbrough victory at Old Trafford!

I placed my order through Just Eat at 6:30pm with an estimated delivery time of between 8-8:20pm. I had not received my order by 9pm (bearing in mind I live a 10 minute drive away) so rang Planet Spice twice to follow up my order. The member of staff who answered said that my order was out for order, and then said on my second call that it was still being prepared, so she was either confused or trying to falsely cover the delay. I then spoke with another member of staff at 9:17pm who gave me a new estimated delivery time of 9:35pm. My food finally arrived at 10pm. An unacceptable delay and really poor service.

Food ordered at 22:10 Est delivery 22:40 to 23:00 arrived at 23:35 did not accept the food as it would be too cold any. safe to say will never order from these again. I dislike leavening bad reviews, my kids were hungry they had to eat bread and go to bed.

Awful.Ordered a chicken tikka kebab - there was NO tikka, it was just plain and very tasteless. The chicken schwarma was inedible - it smelt and tasted like an incense stick and the chips were soggy.Opened the door to get the food and the delivery driver handed it to me in person instead of leaving it on the floor. Clearly no respect for social distancing.Wont be ordering again.

Disgusting food not tasty at all nan is not fresh it’s frozen one meat and chicken too chewy over donner no taste will not be ordering again only giving 1 star cos del was on time otherwise would give zero rating

Ordered a shish and seek kebab. It was awful. Besides that food delivery was 30 minutes late, the meat was off and it was evident that meat was cooked twice if not more andin addiiton it had an awful 'gone off' taste. Definitely not worth spending the money when the same money can be spent on food with better quality. Definitely not ordering from this place again.

AVOID orderd food to come estimated 1 hour. Food didn't show called driver 1 hour 20 mins later to be told he had come. Lies. When asked why didn't you knock or ring bell I was told he tried to call. This place is apparently known for this.

Without doubt the worst kebab I have every had. The staff then refused to refund the cash and said the food had been partially eaten, I am not sure how to sample the food without touching it. The person in the shop then continuously put down the phone, saying “good bye” each time. If you order from here you are crazy, even if drunk-Which I wasn’t-I could not eat it. APPALLING

Not impressed waited an hour for my order, when I called just had the phone put down on me! The food better be nice when (or if) it arrives 😟Edit: Never actually got my food. Do NOT buy from this place.
