Absolutely shocking costumer service. When we arrived we where told we couldnt have the meal offer that we booked for and that "they stopped doing that offer" even though their website still advertised it. So they let you book for a special offer but refused to give it us. So was upset by this point.No atmosphere at all. No music and looked like you where eating in a cafeteria. Would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID.

Absolutely fabulous. All the steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked to our requirements, generous in size and melt-in-the-mouth, honestly, the best steaks I have ever tasted. Chicken wings unctuous and vanished in moments accompanied by big, fat crispy chips. The sticky toffee pudding rounded it all off, cooked like my Mother used to make it. Service was speedy and friendly; our server, Gladstone, couldn't do enough for us and did it with a smile. They offer a great selection of drinks, my companions enjoyed a lovely red wine while I washed mine down with an ice-cold beer! I would go back in a heartbeat, am looking forward to trying their afternoon tea some time soon; if it's half as good as their steaks, this will be my go-to for birthdays and for my great grandchild's christening party. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

My Chicken wings were supposed to be charbroiled... instead deep fried and smothered in sauce. No sense in charging £18 for 2 patties and lettuce.. for a Deluxe Burger.. if it was Wagu beef then yes.. not this time.

Was a very poor experience.Booked online and when we arrived waited for over 5 minutes just to be greeted. They then couldn't find the order, showed my confirmation email and still would seat us (may I add that there wasn't a single customer in the establishment). Finally sat us down, gave us 2 menus (for 5 adults and 1 child), no drinks menu, no kids menu. Came back close to 30 seconds later and just stood next to the table, I asked for more menus and was told we had 2! I said I wanted another. We ordered and then watched 4 of them try to put the order through on till... it became commical!Long story short we were sat in the dark (didn't even switch the lights on) with no music until our food came. Food was actually fine despite everything else and then they put TV music channels on. We ate the food and then when we went to the toilets to find 3 x blocked toilets, tissue everywhere and urine on the seats. We visited at 1pm and we were clearly the 1st customers, it was disgusting.When we returned to the table they switched the lights but we paid and left.Wouldn't recommend and won't return, due to service and cleanliness.

Had a lovely meal with my girlfriend, service was second to none. Food arrived at the table quickly and was delicious. Thank you!

Food was very good, tasty , well presented and well worth the money. We went on Tuesday 02/11/21 and had a great evening.Food was served hot and on time. They had two waiters who were very efficient, helpful and professional. It was obvious that they were putting in a lot of effort to ensure we enjoyed our experience.We look forward to going back.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. Parking is available. Spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. The food portions are a good size. The steaks can range from approximately £24 to around £30. There is a good selection of sides, including chips, vegetables, mushrooms etc.

Very nice steak and staff couldn't do enough to help you,we got a deal on Groupon and was not disappointed, well worth a visit

Service was appalling took 1.5 hours for mains to arrive. Garnish was cold. Steak not cooked correctly. Walked Waiter attitude appalling.Dont waste your money!

Terrible experience and service!!! Does not even deserve a star! This restaurant is an absolute joke. We originally booked to have a birthday dinner there but due to bad weather & outdoor dining only due to COVID, we decided to order our dinner to go. When we arrived, the food presented to us was very disappointing. The salad was completely withered, they gave us the wrong order, they missed out some orders, the steak was overdone. Everything about the meal was disappointing, the waitress - did not wear a face mask. We asked to speak to the manager- Bogi, but, she had left work early before the end of her shift because the restaurant was empty.Save your money and your time, don't bother with this restaurant!
