"My name is Abdul, I have been involved in the catering industry from an early age through my family being the third generation of restaurateurs. Samuels is our family-run Bangladeshi takeaway. Head chef Mr Miah who is my brother-in-law has 17 years experience in cooking, he is assisted by my younger brother who also has been a chef for 9 years and my wife is helping out in the front of house. Let us take you on a culinary journey whether you fancy a traditional hearty curry or try something lighter, you can find a range of low-calorie dishes cooked in our tandoori clay oven. We also have lots of vegetarian and an extensive range of vegan options."

We stayed here for one night, visiting Old Trafford The next day, you can see the football ground from the hotel. It is a 10 minute walk to the Lowery centre where there are loads of eating and drinking establishments, would advise you to book at weekends.Hotel clean and comfortable we had a family room which was a good size. Parking for guest £5.00 per night starts at 12 noon.We booked breakfast, somewhat caotic due to lack of staff and high demand, what we did eat was good.

Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great value as a free child is included. Good selection and hot and tasty. Staff were working hard to clear tables and seat people asap.

I have stayed here several times now. The hotel is always very clean. Great location, you can see media city and Old Trafford from your window. Metro is just a minute walk so Great links. Parking used to be free but is now £5 for guests staying. The only issue we had this time was at check out we had to wait quite a while (around 15-20 minutes?) For someone to check us out and issue the car park voucher for us to get parking for the £5. We looked around but couldn't find anyone near the reception. However brilliant stay and will stay again.

Very nice the room was very clean and comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had the breakfast eat as much as you want for £9-50 very well cooked also at the back of the Hotel is the river and media city and the Northern Imperial War Museum that's about 10 minutes walk away or the next tram stop but a few stops later is the Trafford Centre if you like shopping this is definitely for you, also as you walk out of the Hotel car park turn left and in front of you is Old Trafford football ground ( not sure who plays on it ) and not to far away are Two trading parks and then of course Manchester City Centre with all it has to offer is very close. The Hotel has a car park but where it is its better to leave the car on the car park because if it gets busy the car park can fill up and with the tram stop so close it's easier to use the tram.

Great location for Old Trafford literally a 1 min walk to the ground. Staff were friendly and helpful as is usual with the Premier Inn chain. Lots of car parking but it is charged at a reduced rate for residents. Got the feeling that this hotel was getting a bit tired, one of the lifts was out of action and in the room some of the bathroom furniture was hanging off and the basin was cracked. Not showstoppers but not the usual high standard I have come to expect. Still a pleasant stay and I would visit again.

I've been using Premier inns for business for the last 6 years this has got to be the best yet. From the welcome at reception to the inviting staff in the restaurant room was spotless. Just can't find fault if you want a good stay in Manchester this is the one for me. The only draw back I can see is how busy it would be on match day but if your staying over for a match its on the door step

Apart from mistakes made with out evening meal, the staff made sure everything was rectified. Staff very friendly and rooms really clean. Only downside was the room was really hot and you could turn the Aircon on. I have put this down to the time off year and maybe they don't have the AC on in winter. It was really mild for this time of year.

Debbie was fantastic couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff member! Room was spotless coming from working in hotels I notice things that people wouldn’t and I didn’t notice anything apart from west and tear on the bath! Excellent value and quiet easy the best premier inn we’ve stayed at Debbie was training a new starter which also was very helpful both gave us all the information we needed for shopping centres bus and tram times routes and prices! Couldn’t of asked for anymore fantastic thank you very much

It's not a bad hotel when it comes to location, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was tidy, but NOT clean (all sorts of hairs in the bathroom, cobwebs around the bed / wardrobe and dust). The day I checked in the lifts weren't working, as a disabled person this can be a problem, the staff were quick to offer me a ground floor room, but as I only use walking aids, I thought it be best to leave an accessible room on the ground floor vacant for a wheelchair user. I was only on the 2nd floor, so I was happy with that.

Came to stay here for a concert on 8/10/21, and it was great! There was a long line at check-in but the reception staff were checking people in quickly so we didn't have to wait long. We booked a Premier plus room and it was spotless!Just a shame that we couldn't try the coffee machine, as there were no coffee pods, but this didn't matter too much as I assume it was because of supply problems, and we still had the chocolates and teabags as usual.Breakfast was so nice, with loads of variety and the restaurant itself was lovely too.All the staff were very helpful, but the man working on the reception at night (and was still there in the morning) was absolutely lovely. He didn't have a name badge on, but he deserves recognition for being so nice! Will definitely stay again if I am in the area. 😁
