Starbucks - Trafford Centre in Trafford

Unfortunately, due to uncivilised customers, a lot of table are full empty cups and not cleaned at time. The floor is dirty too.Nice staff

ABSOLOUBLTELY AMAZINGG!! this incredibly kind worker gave me the reusable cup and the drink for free bc my card wasnt working. Even when it started working and I tried to pay , she still bought it for me ♡♡ made my day tysm

No extra charges for non dairy milk, unlike Robsta Coffee who would charge you for the air you breathe if they could.. Easy to convert to Starbucks.

Really helpful staff members, I think the lady on the till was in training, both so so helpful. I'm not really a coffee person but was craving something milky , Caramel flavoured , cold with a hint of coffee... the ladies made the perfect blonde coffee for me. Thank you x

Always a busy store but to be expected of the trafford centre. Very different compared to other sit-in stores I’ve been to and staff are lots nicer too- always quick to remake drinks or wash your re-usable cups after you’ve used them so they’re not dirty to put into your bag. Cafe seating/tables can get dirty however (like mentioned) it is always busy especially with parents and children in tow so its somewhat expected!

Customer service when taking the order was exceptional, however it ended there. Poor customer service at the other end. Drinks were not ready at the same time, staff just slide your drinks along the counter and mumble your name, not even a smile.

Lovely Starbucks in the Trafford centre. Good service even though the post Christmas sales were in full swing. Great friendly and cheerful staff. Fab coffee as ever.

Delicious coffee, one of my favourite coffee shop, staff are very friendly and polite.

So many coffee types to choose from, so many alternative drinks to select, nice seating areas. Such a pity that an extra hot latte is so hard to get. Ordered two extra hot lattes, one was luke warm so took it back. 10 minutes later the latte was remade extra hot...very nice. The original one that was correctly made extra hot and was waiting on our table was now luke warm. Such hard work. Won't be returning

Very friendly staff. Excellent and very organised social distancing measures in place. Very quick at preparing the drink. Recommend you order ahead on the app for 45p off!
