Visited as a family of 4 for our son’s birthday. Served by Tia who was simply wonderful - what a lovely lady. Service from her was ten out of ten. Portions were a bit smaller than we’ve had at other branches but everything was tasty and drinks were regularly refilled. Staff were welcoming and friendly. No issues whatsoever, and some other reviews state it’s “grubby” but not from what I saw (and I’m a right picky cow). Tables were cleaned between visitors, crockery clean and toilets were fresh. I’ve only knocked one star off for the skimpy portions and the deserts were VERY pricey.

AWFUL-RUINED 21ST BIRTHDAY!!Absolutely ruined my sons 21st birthday.Although we were seated quickly by the meet and greet outside the restaurant the service inside the restaurant was awful. Whilst waiting to be noticed we tried hard to fix our table as it had a significant wobble with two drinks menus but to no avail. When our waitress did finally come over she didn’t seem very happy and promptly told me that it was not her problem (I never suggested that it was!) that she had just come on shift that there was no refillable drinks, no Coke or Diet Coke and no draft beers at all as they still had a problem with the gas. We asked if they had bottled soft drinks and if they could be refilled instead and a swift nope was the answer. I asked if the waitress could give us a few minutes and watched our waitress in full view of all the customers in the restaurant relay her disgust using hand gestures about my upset at the drinks situation. When her manager came over I suggested to him that maybe if his team had a problem with customers that this should be discussed in private. The manager confirmed that there was nothing he could do even after explaining it was my sons 21st birthday and just stood staring.I’m disgusted with the lack of service, filthy restaurant and the high expectations of what used to be a great restaurant that were ruined at TGI Friday Trafford Centre.

The food here is always good, especially the burgers (that's what it's known for). The price is reasonable for a sit down meal, especially with the quality and quantity of food. The restaurant is decorated with pre-00s American references with little quirks dotted throughout. The restaurant isn't too crowded though and results in a cosy dining experience.Staff always seem to go the extra mile here adding to the dining experience. Will definitely eat more often.

We booked here for a table of 6. Orders taken no problem so far. Got the starters and again no problems. Food was all hot and tasty. On getting our main course this is where the night went down hill. Firstly 2 of the kids meals that we ordered where wrong when they arrived at the time although they were reasonably fast to sort this out. But after eating just over half of my burger I realised that it was still raw in the middle of it as you can see from the picture. The waitress was nowhere to be seen but did come and do a check back when everyone had nearly finished. I told her about the burger, and she said that she would get her manager. She then came back to say that the manager would come over after everyone had finished eating. Not much good to resolve the matter at that point. The manager did then come over and ask rather abruptly what the problem was! I informed him I don't like to eat raw burgers, which he replied asking why I had eaten half of it then? I should have told them sooner when the check back was done, so he could have replaced it. Of course, I told him the check back was only done late on and I was never offered a new meal only that the manager would come over after everyone else had finished. He then told me “well all I can do now is take it off the bill”. Which he did as well as the wrong kid’s meals. The really disappointing part was that at no point did he apologise for the mistake and very much left me feeling like it was my fault. Even the young kid in the party commented on how rude he came across. I get mistakes can be made in the kitchen but it is then how it is dealt with after. Had the manager understood what customer service is and just said sorry and not been aggressive in his approach to me I very much doubt I would have written this review.

Food was overpriced and not freshly made, the rib I had was ÂŁ24 and although it alright tasting, it was surprisingly small for the price, and I got the impression it had been microwaved rather than cooked on the day. It was missing the parsnip crisps, when I realised that they offered to replace them with onion rings which is hardly a substitute. They didn't mention it when ordering either which I thought was careless. The other mains were fine, but again portion sizes were on the small size. For dessert I noticed that the sundaes were described as for sharing, and to ask a server for single dessert options. We specifically asked for single portion options for the sundaes, but were charged full price regardless. If we had decided to share one of the sundaes it would have been laughably small for 2. All in all pretty rubbish really. Service was good though, friendly staff, but there are much much better options at the Trafford Centre. Will not be returning any time soon.

My kids absolutely love this place. Can’t fault the kids menu for choice, staff are always lovely every time we’ve been. Nothing seems too much effort and it’s really family friendly. Nachos are spicy but my god they’re good. The sesame seed chicken strips are my all time fave but foods nice overall for a chain restaurant. Alcoholic drinks are a bit pricey but If it’s a treat then go for it. It really is the staff that make the place here though I think massive thumbs up from us!

Booked online and visited on 29/12/21. Quickly shown to seat and ordered our meal. Very surprised it came out within 5 minutes! My daughter ordered the sesame chicken strips. Unfortunately they were so hard she couldn't pick up with fork! Server was very good and offered another! This also came out very quickly but unfortunately was exactly the same! Much too crispy! Decided to get the chicken fingers instead. With the speed of the food coming to the table it makes me wonder if food not fresh and just waiting for warm up?Has put us off visiting again!

Lovely atmosphere and great staff. I ate the Louisiana Hot Mess and it was quite nice, however it was hard to eat due to the amount of hot sauce that was on it. My partner had the California Chicken Burger and loved it.

Lovely meal & great service. Our son had his 5th birthday and the staff were lovely, they came over to sing to him and brought him some ice cream with a candle. The food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious!!

I couldn't fault the starters, enjoyed the ribs and the chicken wings as usual. The crockets were good also but my burger, was the worst burger I ever had. Its called the American burger, either the chef never had an American burger or may be he made the mistake with the name and nobody comes to ask if everything is ok with the food. The bred was hard, the meat hard and didn't taste anything couldn't eat it even if I was hungry, had to share my husbands steak. Without talking about the staff who don't know anything about the menu. Asked for garlic bread and been told there wasn't and then showing the menu to the waiter then he said oh OK cheese or garlic !! Could do better, the place was busy but not an excuse as there was plenty staff too many i would say but plenty of them not taking orders and just chatting
