Not been in for years, quiet and pleasant this afternoon, watched a bit of the Winter Olympics in there.Good quick service, will be back, may bring our dog next time as dog friendly.Just been in again, good relaxed atmosphere, horse racing on the telly, no one interested so volume not on...result.I like this place.Went in again today, place was like an after school club, kids running around, had one drink and left promptly.

Open plan single room pub opposite Sale Town Hall. Chose a lovely pint of Wainwright. Very good. Doom bar was off. (Thankfully.) Landlord was the other real ale on offer. Good start to a evening out. Well worth a visit.

A great quirky little place with an eclectic mix of people enjoying a night out. Good beer choice, but the stand outs were the cocktails, especially as we went during Happy Hour where it was buy one get one free, and they did not scrimp on the alcohol. Zombies... more like Strongbies! And the Espresso Martinis were divine! I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

Went last Saturday for the first time and both the rugby and football were on, great atmosphere. Managed to get a table luckily. Weren't planning on staying for food but quickly changed our minds when we saw the extensive vegan menu! Ordered a few dishes and I asked for a side of vegan mayo. Within minutes the staff brought a cutlery+condiment set to us with a whole tub of vegan mayo, how amazing! The staff were so friendly. The nachos, cauliflower wings and mac n cheeze (and fries) were all perfect, so delicious!!Many different fruity ciders on draft however they are quite sweet so we stuck with the beer. Plenty of toilets, and it's nice and warm in the bathroom which is a small yet important detail. Clean as well. Great venue, plenty of screens, good vegan food, amazing staff... Will be back asap.

Best pub in the area for sports by far! Always a great offering on and do their best to show what you want to watch, new BB king burger was great! Would recommend!

Nice food and atmosphere. Great atmosphere going when I was there for the Six Nations. Staff were friendly and nice to talk to. Will be back for sure.

Nice atmosphere and nice selection of drinks and offers. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat however food served to other tables looked appetising. Location is also really convenient close to metrolink and bus stops

Cracking pub with amazing beer selection and food is tasty and great value 😊 Best bar for sports in the area by far, will be going back! Manager Colin was so helpful
