Excellent place! Lovely, reasonably priced food & drink. Relaxed atmosphere & staff were very upbeat & attentive

Fantastic place to bring the kids. Visited today with my 7 year old, she loved all of her 3 courses (which only cost £4.99). I had scrummy fish & chips too which was excellent. Staff were so friendly & welcoming, well done guys (both front & back of house). The kids play area is great & really good value for money. Such a nice family atmosphere seeing happy kids skipping around in their socks smiling & laughing. Well done again guys, big thumbs up from me

Went with the family. Food was lovely, can't fault it in anyway. Only downfall was the long waits on both meals and desserts.

(28th Jan)Sadly the coach house doesn't offer children's party packages anymore but the team went above & beyond to arrange a larger group booking for 12 children to eat & play. Prices were fair especially for in comparison to what some play areas charge for kids parties. The team put up banners for our daughter & gave her a card which was a lovely touch. The team were super helpful & on hand to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks again!

Very nice Sunday Roast Carvery. Nice restaurant just by the Trafford Centre.

Steak was good and cooked just right. The salad let it down a quarter of tomato a couple of slivers of cucumber and wilted lettuce. The staff were friendly and attentive.

My Family and I went here for Christmas Dinner and as we had been before a couple of years ago and it was excellent so I was expecting the same ! How wrong was I we got there at the time we had booked for and we were offered complimentary orange juice or bucks fix then our starters came All ok up to now when starters were finished the plates were cleared away and the people that wasn't having a Christmas Roast were given their meals The time between starters and mains was very rushed we were then told to queue for the carvery Christmas Roast which we all did and I was asked by a very sullen girl carving the meats what I would like and I asked for Turkey and Beef I was chatting to my mother so I didn't see what I had been given till the girl handed me my plate back and had to move on I had been given a small slice of Beef the size of the palm of my hand (small hands) and my Turkey wasn't a slice it was the crumbly bits from bottom of the breast and not a lot of them I decided not to ask for more as there was a long queue so I carried on to the veg etc where I had carrots and roast potatoes there was no mashed potatoes out so I asked if they were bringing more out and I was told there was no white potato mash only sweet potato mash ! Not happy as I love mash so disappointed I carried on and got a Yorkshire pudding (wasn't allowed 2 ) I then put on the gravy and sat down to eat the carrots were really hard and not edible and the roast potatoes were very small and hard and really oily the gravy and the beef was lovely as was the Yorkshire pud and I got 2 small forkfulls of Turkey scrapings ! The mains were cleared away at lightening speed and I was given my dessert which I'm not going to mention Becoz I've moaned enough and this review is getting to long so it's safe to say I'll never be going back again for Christmas Day Lunch I'm sorry to say but for £50 per person it was rubbish would like to say that the staff were wonderful apart from the miserable carver girl but she might have been miserable because the was no bloody MASHED POTATO!!

The customer service here by a guy called Bailey was excellent, and he went above and beyond expectation. The hotel itself is old, and it shows. The rooms are tired, old and without any air con or room fan, which is not good when the temp outside is 31°C. There are no plugs near the bed, which you would expect given people need to charge things up and the temp in the lift and corridor was cooler than in the room.Knowing I cannot sleep in a hot room with no or little ventilation, I received a refund and booked a Premier Plus room at Premier Inn Trafford West, which was cheaper, and had air con.A real shame as the staff are brilliant.

We are staying in the Premier Inn and as a result eating in the Brewers Fayre ( Coach House) at the Trafford Centre ManchesterThe staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.Last night at Dinner Gemma was our host and nothing was a trouble for her. This morning Steph and Jamie served us and they were amazing tooSteph in particular was very happy and friendly, I have a mobility issue abd she was only too happy to help where she could. Well done Steph. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. However my partner was devastated to discover the Costa Machine wasn't working, he loves a costa coffee to start the day.
