The Pepper Mill in Trafford

Words can never describe the great work Pepper Mill does. They have been sorting us out for probably over a decade now and after recently visiting home again they reminded me exactly how good they are. Nothing back home compares to their Pizzas, Chips, Burgers and service. They are simply amazing. Great bunch of lads that are one of the gems of visiting family back home.10/10. True heroes. Thanks guys!

Meat feast pizza was awful something didn't taste right about it been going here on and off for years but won't be going back again not sure if it as changed hands

I really don't understand the reviews here. The food did come quickly to be fair, but too quickly, as both pizzas were uncooked with both bases falling apart and chips undercooked. Staff extremely rude when challenged about this to? Enough said really. Wont be ordering again.

Where to start,Service is always great whether I’m dealing with someone over the phone or I am face to face with those who work there.The food is always lovely I haven’t had a bad thing from this place so definitely one of my go to please. I am extremely fussy but they always seem to accommodate my fussiness lol.Managers are lovely and staff too.Chilli sauce from here is one of my top 3 along with their donner kebabs on pitta with garlic Mayo.

Really is a shame. This place was really great about 6 years ago, used to order nearly every week then had a few not greats and went somewhere else. Me and my partner thought for old times sake give it another go. It was rubbish. Pizza not cooked properley, no flavour, base falling apart. When we rang peppermill to explain he made it very clear if we had eaten one piece there would be no refund. How I could comment on it not eating a slice I will never know. Needless to say we will not be going there again.Dale the delivery driver was brilliant though about the only good thing going for the placeWhat a shameNoticed a few people have commented on their attitude on the phone. I also had a similar experience when whoever I spoke to wasn't interested and was adamant that they were the best in town

I paid 3.50 for a chicken sandwich that had no cheese, no salad with very little amount of chicken on it.

Wouldn't give this place any stars but it wouldn't let me comment other wise.1st and last time we order from here!Waited way over an hour for food, when it finally arrived, 3 out of 4 meals came. The chicken strips didn't taste like chicken, the fries were swimming in Greece and when we rang back to tell them they missed a meal out we were told they would bring it in 10 mins, we waited over half an hour.Not impressed at All!

Highly recommended. Never had anything other than delicious, hot pizza from here. I've always phone ordered and collected and it is always ready on time. Most recently put a shipping order in for a birthday party tea and yet again all on time, faultless and each box was marked with its contents making my life easier when it came to dishing up. Loads of choice too.

The pizza here is as if it has been prepared by the Roman gods themselves. True authentic Italian taste, spectacular value for money, punctuality beyond that of a computer. This place is a legend among those Pizza enthusiasts in the know, so I had to try it, and was not disappointed. If I could give this place a 15/5, I would.
