Love this pub, and I have eaten here quite a few times. Always been lovely food, but if their Sunday Dinner doesn't improve, they need to stop doing them. Had a roast on Sunday and the only things that were "OK" was the gravy, and the yorkshire pudding. The meat was thick, but thick lines of fat running it through it. All the veg and roast potatoes were definitely out of a packet, and cooked from frozen. Really dissapointed.

Called in for a pint an old pub done up to be like any other Green King Pub. Pleasant enough.

Decent pub, friendly staff and good value food. Live sport tends to be on most days! Thursday steak deal is decent value!

Stumbled into a 40th birthday party with a DJ belting out 80s 'classics'.Until then Pat Benatar had been a name I was happy to forget.In summary, a tattoo spotters paradise but a nice pint of Guinness

Nice smart, clean pub with friendly staff. Beer garden to the rear. Recommended.

The pub hosted my 30th birthday party last minute after my other venue let me down on the day (The Bar in the Village). They couldn't have been more accommodating, made a semi-private area for me within minutes of me asking for any space they could accommodate us in, let me bring my cake, dog & pre-ordered pizzas from Pix in. Offered plates, cutlery, anything we needed and even brought a bowl of water for our dog. Bearing in mind this is a Saturday afternoon on game day. But nothing was too much trouble. My birthday could have been totally ruined, but actually it was made even better by the way we were welcomed into the pub by their incredibly lovely team. I'm so happy that this is my local! Thank you so much again!

Great pub my brother in law had his 60th there and they were really accommodating saved us a large section of the pub so we could all be together food was good and hot and even made cakes for us also had a dj so we could dance the night away. Kids were also allowed until 8. Only issue no parking right out side but all in all great pub and great staff. Would recommend.

Love this place, the staff, especially Eliza, are always so welcoming. The food is decent. NHS discount on food, not including any offers though bear in mind. Karaoke was great fun 😄

Good pub, you can still use service on the apps on phones but it's almost back to normal service now 👍All in all a decent pub to grab a pint.We had some food and it was reasonable for the options and the pub food menu.
