The worst service I have ever received. Back in May we attended and asked on arrival.if we could use our taste card and 20% uni days discount. The waitress said it shouldn't be an issue but would check with management, she never came back to us and said otherwise so we assumed we could.Firstly, they forgot one of our starters and proceeded to tell us that a dish wasn't available that we ordered (this was just before our meal came). They were severely understaffed and our waitress wass unintentionally negligent. When our plates were finally cleared we got our bill and we said about the discounts and the waitress returned to us and said we couldn't use them both together on the same table, had they told us this we would have chosen to eat elsewhere...The waitress kept coming back and forth with information so we asked to speak to the manager, when she came over we explained and she said it was okay to do. Once she had left the waitress again told us that we couldn't do it, at this point it was nearly 9:30pm after arriving at 7pm. We had a three year old with us and myself being 7 months pregnant. We kept asking to see the manager again and she kept 'hiding' behind the bar. Eventually we were able to pay the bill and we left with a very sour taste in our mouths.A few days later I sent a complaint to head office in which they replied saying the restaurant would directly contact me. I had an email and missed call from the general manager who I spoke with on the phone - he said that he was not there and that the woman who was playing manager was form another Zizzi restaurant. He wanted to invite 2 of us back to dine with them again and told me to reply to his email when we would like to book in. I emailed about a week ago and my email has been ignored. Not sure if he is still the manager but it's in very poor taste to offer something and then ignore you.We enjoy going to Zizzi's in Stockport but will never set foot in the TC one again.

If you enjoy somebody else warming up frozen food for you, you will love this place.Without doubt the worst meal I have ever had. The Calamari was clearly cooked from frozen ( rubbery) and was served with no seasoning. Tasted worse than a budget supermarket brand. What was meant to be ' herb rolled pork belly' arrived with no herbs, a tiny amount of tasteless meat , 90% fat that wasn't even browned. The meat appeared microwaved.A tiny amount of soggy potatoes, tasted microwaved. Rock hard undercooked butternut squash and all the terrible food was covered in chilli jam. Words cannot express how bad this meal was. The only plus was the staff were decent. Never again

First trip to a Zizzi, and we both loved it! Food was excellent and restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it. I’d like to give extra thanks to our server Fabiola and her team, made our visit even better with their friendly approach to us as customers. I would recommend and visit again

We had some vouchers from our Tesco Club Card so we went to Zizzi after shopping. When we walked in we were told they were out of dough, so any pizza meal or garlic bread was off the menu, which was quite disappointing. However the pesto and tomato ciabatta was very nice, as were the olives. The chicken rigatoni was a decent sized portion, and tasted good. The wild boar meatballs had a good taste, but the dish was quite wet at the bottom. The loaded fries came and were luke-warm, which again was quite disappointing. Overall it was an okay experience, just a shame there was no dough as I enjoyed the calzone last time I went.

Really great food and customer service was excellent! After having my leftovers bagged up, I forgot them on the table, however the lad who had been serving us came running after us to give us them! Would highly recommend😊

Update:After complaining to head office. They took my complaint very seriously. They gave me a free complimentary meal for two, and it was fantastic! I can not fault them I will pull up the star rating to a four the only thing letting them down was the previous experience I’m afraid.Absolute joke! Fully booked up but the restaurant is empty!! The staff were rude and she rolled her eyes at me then proceeded to talk down to me. Then they said “there’s nothing that can do,” well open up the seating area for a start. I then laughed and thought she was being sarcastic, she shrugged and gave me a blank stare. She was incredibly rude!! Please train your staff properly. They are no different from the the people that work at McDonalds, KFC, Burger King or Subway. Actually the people who work at the other venues are friendlier. It’s too bad I didn’t get a of her name, so I could name, she’s a bad representation of your company. She was utterly useless and incompetent, please replace her with a cardboard cutout, you could get more sense out of them. She was a little Vietnamese girl. Please keep a close eye on her and make sure she’s does not “greet” the customer.

Sadly never got to actually eating here today as we were made to feel like an inconvenience with our prams by the manager herself so went elsewhere .If for some reason there Isn’t space / table available that is absolutely fine but I expect to be told politely or at least apologetically that they may struggle to place two prams. She didn’t even try to accommodate us or let us try to tuck the prams in a corner ( there was definitely room- as most tables were empty!)The attitude of the staff member who turned out to be the manager herself was appalling. Some managerial staff training is well and truly required .

Terrible service. Arrived at 5:30pm. The restaurant was empty apart from one other table. Ordered food by 5:40pm. Waiter returned to the table at 6:15 and told me the chef had said my dish was not available. I re-ordered, however asked that there wasn’t any delays with the food coming out at the same time as my family. Given all assurances. When the food did come at almost 7pm it was cold! The waiter didn’t seem to care neither did the other staff! Avoid this place if you’re looking for somewhere that cares about customer service.

Great Italian restaurant in Trafford centre next to the entrance to the cinema. Clean and tidy, all Covid measures were in place. Good/friendly service, lovely food, nice coffee. Well, we went on Monday and it was lunch time, so it wasn’t busy at all, that’s why the service was great and the food came quickly and hot. Ravioli with goat cheese and spinach were absolutely delicious 😋

Gluten free ! Nope don’t bother absolutely disgusting. Find the worst pizza base in the shops and under cook it. That’s what I can only describe how it was.My wife had a tasty pasta but way under cooked
