I shop regularly at the asda in Westbrook and the difference in service is staggering. I often use the cafe in asda Westbrook and the staff are Fantastic, so I was keen to try the cafe in cockhedge. I rarely feel the need to complain but the service was truly awful the woman who served me looked grumpy and it felt like she did her upmost to make me feel unwelcome, she said it will take a minute for your chips do you want the pizza now. I replied no i will have them together, she was visibly annoyed by this reply and then just stood there. I asked what happens now will you bring the food over when it's ready? She just said 'if we're not busy' abruptly (there were 3 people in the entire cafe) I said ok went to sit down and she brought the food over about a minute later. I said thankyou trying to give her a chance to treat me like a human being. She oput the tray down and did not say a word with the same grumpy expression on her face. It's obvious to me why the cafe was empty at lunch time despite the excellent value.

Its a nice place to shop. But the trolleys need cleaning the hand bars are full of dirty stickers from what the staff leave on them. Update this has now been done and looks so much better. +1Star

As a regular shopper at Asda Westbrook, I was totally disgusted on today's visit to find lack of adherence to face covering requirements. Numerous people entering store unchallenged without face masks. Even Asda colleagues either wearing no coverings or just covering mouths. Even witnessed a colleague speaking to customer who wasn't wear covering while announcement reminding people of requirements was being played. It's seems Asda are just playing lip service to a legal requirement.

I can't believe how rude some staff members are I was shopping in the store this morning and I passed comment to my wife that in my opinion something was expensive when a member of staff who was putting stock out felt the need to pass comment that the item I thought was expensive was a large bag I don't care how large the bag was it was still expensive for what it was . Am I no longer allowed to have an opinion about prices

Asda is Asda , same products in most stores, like all supermarkets but it's the staff that make this one good. The new self service area is good, plenty of distance between the checkouts now, the old one could get very cramped at certain times, staff the on self service are very friendly. Try to avoid though when they reduce the stuff they are tying to sell off cheap, between 7 and 8pm in the fresh food section and bakery areas, social distancing goes out the window as people block the aisles like sardines. Could be better managed in my opinion.

Horrible experience, we had spent the night in gullivars world a few months back the weather had been horrible 9 Yr old daughter was soaked threw so we popped into this asda for breakfast. She went round the George part and picked a cheap outfit we went to the till to pay why our breakfast was being prepared then she went into the toilet to change. Why in there an employee went up to my daughter and said have you paid to which she replied my mum has. I thought I was being paranoid various staff looking over at us eating but I wasn't because as we went to leave the store the small red haired security guard rudely said to me with a team off equally rude staff behind him " do you want to pay for your clothes love" with a sly smirk. I immediately showed him my receipt and left the store in shock. After I thought over the situation if just 1 of these ppl came over to me initially this could of been resolved with out the embarrassment. I have tried to make a formal complaint no reply through email and nobody available to answer the phone. Horrible place and staff.

I love asda and all the staff at the warrington store, but dont feel very safe shopping there ar the moment. There was a couple that walk into the store before me(wearing masks), but the minute they got need the fruit & veg they pulled it down under there chin. They was staff and a security guard walking round yet nothing was said. I stood by the veg and counted 7 people not wearing them correctly. This is now mandatory and you as staff should be questioning your customers that have them on but not wearing correctly. Come on do your bit to help stop the spread.

The worst customer service I ever had. Always some issue during the shopping. Assistance are very rude and not helpful at all. Price on tags not matching with price they are scanning. Two times didn't provide receipe as system broken dawn. Selling scratch cards but not able to check them as again system down. What a joke this shope

Hugely disappointed with weekend collection 35 minutes my daughter was waiting today for a small shop even after using the on my way app . When she advised how long sheād been waiting the response was well weāre busyNot good enough Asda and frozen stuff is part or fully defrosted ! RubbishI too waited over 20 minutes to collect a weekday shop this month and was told by a manager ā all I can do is apologiseā again not good enough unacceptable esp when I saidāim here on the appā and asked 3 Asda colleagues for helpIf you could choose not to use cockhedge , choose elsewhere like Westbrook with lockersWhy donāt Asda have an attendant with a radio to ask collectors their name- radio through and get shopping brought out
