Burger King Winwick Quay in Warrington

Waiting ages for order to be taken. Waiting ages again for it to be prepared. It wasn't even busy! People were walking out!The Burger my husband had was awful! The bun was soggy, the bacon wasn't crispy. Genuinely horrible!Won't be going back! Will not recommend!

Came in this morning, they clearly haven't cleaned up from yesterday, restaurant area food on the floor, sticky marks on the floor from spilt drinks that you can clearly yesterday's spillage. Floor is stick and the kulitchen....DISGUSTING, looks like it hasn't had a deep clean in along time 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. Even my 7 year old disgusted with how unclean place. The toilets well 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Decided to stop here on the way home from a day out with the family. Car park is very small, but I suppose you could park on b&qs car park and walk. Staff were friendly enough and food was served fairly quicken to be honest. However... the kids meals are limited and not as nice as other places, I.E McDonald's, and they don't get a toy or book with the meals here. Also they don't have anything for kids to do in store such as colouring or tablets etc. Kids were not impressed. Toilets were by far the worst part. Definitely don't get cleaned/checked anywhere near enough. Pretty disappointing visit to be honest as other burger Kings have always been good. Next time, we will drive past here and take the kids to McDonald's instead.

Pricey AF and charge £0.30 for sauces other than ketchup and mayo. HOWEVER, fill your own random drinks is great and the food was really tasty! No queue at all, prepared really quickly as well.

Absolutely shocking experience at BK Warrington. Arrived just after 1pm on a Monday and we were there 25 minutes. When we got there, a young lad just stared and waited for you to speak instead of asking if he could help or take your order and then when he did speak, you couldn’t hear him because he was so quiet. Then a girl asked if our order was I dunno what because she was also painfully quiet. I ended up looking in the bag. In the short time we were there, there were 5 orders returned by 5 different customers. Food wasn’t hot and the chips were grim. Half the drinks weren’t available in the machines. I certainly won’t be visiting again. Napkins were toilet paper and not napkins.

Counter staff very friendly and doing a great job, restaurant was clean and good signage. The food taken a long time to prepare (15 mins or so which I feel is a long wait for fast food), the drinks machine was a nice touch but there was hardly any flavour in the drink, the bun was dry, the chips were dry and a very meager portion, the burger was very greasy and soft like it was undercooked. Burger King have been going downhill for sometime now and it shows by how many stores are empty in comparison with the competition, in my opinion it is more expensive than competitors and the quality and taste are not as good, I'll give BK 3 years before they're going bust unless something gives

Absolutely terrible!!! Will not be going to this Burger King ever again. Waited nearly 45 minutes for what is supposed to be 'fast food' when got to the car it was cold. The poor lad serving hadn't got a clue what he was doing, he had just finished his training he said! Surely new starters are supervised until competent to work without supervision. Not his fault, I blame the management. Very poor service, totally gone off Burger King give me McDonalds any day.

Please don't use this place. I was waiting in line for a simple burger after 15 min I saw one of the back staff put his hand down his trousers and scratch himself and carry on serving. I immediately asked for a refund on my card before I got my food. Connor the manager ( who looked as interested as a dead pigeon, and didn't ask me why I want a refund) simply said "oh right" WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!

Where do I start.The whole car park was a complete mess.The guy serving on the drive thru, (when he came on after we waited for about 5-10 mins) sounded absolutely depressed.We weren't told how much the full order was, we were just shown the card reader to pay.Then the whopper came on a dry stale bun so I had to park up and walk back in.This was then replaced with a bun that was equally stale but looked like it had been through together (probably because we went back to complain about the first bun!)All in all, not a nice experience.I wonder if anyone at Burger King will respond.

Made 2 complaints on their website(separate occasions) and nothing come of them so would definitely not recommend.One of them was regarding a 20 cheese bite share box which when opened at home had 5 cheese bites and a selection of other things such as mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken nuggets - of which were cold, Just like the whopper that had nothing but a sprinkle of lettuce and dab of mayo.I understand that stock may be low or you may be busy. So quite simply, don't take orders for stock you've not got or talk to the customer and make a compromise.I'd rather have money back than cold onion rings ffs.Still waiting for my money back
