Captains Table in Warrington

First time ordering from Captains Table and I have to say...... it was bloody beautiful!!!! The kebab was done to perfection omg the chips were so moreish!!!! Will deffo be ordering again

Tasty burgers and fishcakes. Chips nice but could be better, quite a lot of black bits on them and extra greasy.

Placed an order delivered the wrong order then have taken near an hour to delivered the order which was still messed up.After they get the run around. We not be using them again.

Doner meat chips and salad, best portion from this place in the local area and never fails to disappoint. Thank you 😊

Put in an order on uber eats, I got a notification to say my order had been cancelled.I called up and the person on the phone said the order needs to be a minimum of £12 which is not what it says on uber eats.The person I spoke to was incredible rude and then put the phone down on me.Defiantly will not be using these again

Not had good experiences with these guys In the past so I haven't ordered in a couple years from here, but just saw a post about these guys charging a customer an extra £155.60 for complaining about the food being raw and undercooked. Luckily they managed to block the payment before the restaurant could take a penny, but it's still a disgusting case of bad customer service from a place already well known for treating online customers poorly. I can't believe that even 2 years on the customer service is still as bad with the the restaurant swearing at customers who complain about orders and being highly unprofessional and rude.Avoid this takeaway if ordering online, as your experience will be atrocious. I highly doubt they would do this if you went in person but just make sure to double check your food before taking it. Other than that AVOID

Ordered tonight this will be the last time! We ordered fish & chips no chips arrived called straight away. Half hour later they arrived! Shocking service the chips were half cooked very pale and cold also asked for fruity curry and Chinese sent . Not a happy now ex customer.

Ordered £18 worth of food, said it would be 45 minutes and came 1 hr and 5 minutes later! When it arrived they forgot half of the meals! The chicken was soggy, sausage dinner was just slapped together! Chips were minging! Tasted as if they had be reheated! Everything was full of grease, never had a chippy so vile in my life!Will never order from here again, poor service and disgusting food!Waste of money if you ask me.

We ordered a little bit before closing, got here within an hour 30. Chips were lovely and so was Donna and garlic sauce. Chicken nuggets we're the frozen kind which was fine but could have been cooked just a bit longer. Will get from here again.

Second time having it. First time was great so ordered again. This time the meat has mold on it. Thanks for the possible sickness. Didn't bother calling don't want anything else from this restaurant.....
