Central Fast Foods in Warrington

I have lived around the corner from this place for years. The traffic, location, polluted air does not bother me. It's a matter of OTC, online ordering or however in store they get it wrong. How simple is extra sauce on a filo fish. Stopped ordering as without the extra it tastes like rubber

Busy but were served quickly, coffee very nice. Staff polite and very clean.

Made to wait in the drive thru, the lady came out and gave my order to the car in front, then after the car in front had touched all of my food, the lady gets it back of them and gives it me, told her I want fresh as the meal had been touched by people in another car, the lady takes the meal back in just to change the wrappers on the food, all of the food went in the bin, will not be going again!!! Absolutely disgusting, they don't care about the customers at all!

Hot chocolate had something wrong with it and was sent back twice only to be told that there was indeed an issue with one of the machines. Heard someone asking why the play centre was closed too. No real explanation given.

This McDonalds is clean and tidy. It has a play area but I haven't seen it open for a long time. I ordered through the app so I can't comment on till service but I had to go up to ask for sauce as you can't add none paid for condiments on the app, eg. Tomato ketchup etc.Definitely be careful though as the car park is 1h30m max stay. So many people have been stung with parking tickets of £60+ for overstaying despite being Mcdonalds customers.

I ordered and paid for extra extras and I got a dry roll with a piece of meat where my money is because it's not the first time. I demand the consistency of the person who did it

BIG MAC Burger was a mess and was cold the burgers seem to be half the size aswell. This is not a one off either as food has been cold on every occasion I have been in here. I can't understand why as it is always busy. You need to sort this!!

Was made to wait at the drive through kiosk for 10 minutes before they took my order. This was after taking the order from someone that had just had arrived 30 seconds earlier at the other drive through kiosk. When I complained they made no attempt to apologise

It's central, accessible and convenient, open 24/7 and they have some nice items on their menu. Also cost effective too. My favourite is the wrap of the day as a meal.
