i love the customer service, the person on the phone was so polite. waiting on the food to arrive. i hope this food would be amazing!

If only there was a zero rating, this place will win an Oscar for sham and scam. Totally messed a lovely night in Warrington. How on earth can plain boiled rice with bloody dark sauce be sold as Chinese fried rice? Awful, awful and disrespectfully substandard. Avoid at all cost even when in an utter state of stupor. It's a no from me and a big fat zero rating. And oh! If you want to be sick be their guest.

Terrible food and even worse customer service. We have been regular customers of China China for many years now the last year the food has gone down in quality and on 3 occasions the 'vegetarian' dishes came with meat. Last week made and order as we didn't want to drive to go and get food and once the food arrived one of the portions of rice was missing, the rest of food was almost inedible and after informing them immediately of the missing rice they said they would send it out ASAP, and hour later still no rice so rang the restaurant and let them this and that the food was of terrible quality, soggy tofu, cold obviously reheated chips, raw veg in the mains, the restaurant apologised and said they would give us a free order to the same amount to apologise. Fast forward to this week, ordered the food and it was delivered, plated it up and then the restaurant rang to say the chef said we had to pay for it (even though they had already acknowledged on the phone we were getting a free order of the same amount as the previous week) informed the lady on the phone we would not be paying for it as we were told we didn't have to and we couldn't eat last week's food it was that bad, the lady was very apologetic but the chef was adamant we must pay or give the food back, whilst this phone call was taking place the poor delivery driver had been sent back to collect the food which he was really embarrassed about, chef wouldn't speak on the phone and so had to give the food back half of which had already been opened. Absolutely disgusting, so £40 later had no food 2 weeks on the run and I'd love to know what they are going to do with the food that they took back off us considering we're in a pandemic let's hope it wasn't sent out to someone else.

Have had a number of deliveries & all have been excellent. Great tasty food salt & pepper mixed starter a family favourite. Has always been delivered on time or early with friendly polite drivers. If you haven’t already try China China do it!!

Very, very poor and disappointing food. The sweet and sour chicken was tasteless and the batter soggy.I ordered 2 portions of chips and only one arrived but they were so awful (like oven chips) I didn’t bother to ask for the second lot.Portions are very small and it’s not inexpensive.I don’t recommend at all and certainly won’t be using again.

When placing order he said they had doubled a rib order in error and charged for it I said to leave it it would be ok. However when I checked the bill I thought it was too high so I checked and found they had doubled the order on two lots of ribs and overcharged the delivery so in effect we paid 14.60 more than anticipated. It was on the bank holiday weekend and we were away for the next five days so called them today. He was most aggressive and said we should have called at the time I pointed out that we had friends round and there was more than one person opening up the food. He would not discuss and I asked if he was prepared to lose a customer over this and he said yes. We had only just started using them and had placed 4 orders in the last two weeks our last order was for £75, and passed info on to friends, I will be advising them not to use........very rude people do not deserve to be in business.

Disgusting!!! I ordered a Green king prawn curry and also a crab and sweet corn soup and some prawn dumplings . Not only was I poorly I found small pieces of meat in my prawn curry !!! And quite a lot of them ! I am a pescatarian and have not eaten meat for over 6 years ... I called and explained and they offered me a free meal . The following evening I ordered my ‘free meal’ they tried to charge me full price resulting in me getting nothing at all so I gave it back to the delivery guy! No consideration in the kitchen clearly cross contaminating everything! This is coming from a chef! Avoid avoid

Partner brought home takeaway after finishing work had half and half chicken was like rubber...we also had spring rolls opened it up so glad I never bit into it as the smell was vile and made me gag. Can only describe it as someone with a bad stomach. Won't be eating from here again.

Got charged £9 for curry and chips and two spring rolls. When we got home and bit into the spring rolls we’d never been more disgusted. They were the most foul tasting thing I’ve ever eaten, the only thing I could relate it to is the smell of dirty socks. Absolutely vile

Ordered from this take away this evening to receive the worst experience.The delivery driver firstly was 15 minutes late bringing the time from order to delivery to 1hr 15 minutes. Upon arrival the driver insisted that we pay the additional £1.50 delivery charge. I then looked at my receipt to see that I had actually ready paid this charge.When opening the food we quickly realised that it was Luke warm at best, the chips were soggy and my satay chicken was in fact a spicy chicken dish in brown sauce containing no peanuts.The restaurant have since refused to refund the order and have said that the delivery charge was a normal thing as they had to travel slightly further, I would have however, expected this to have been stated especially as I ordered based on my postcode.I would never order from here again. Late delivery, cold food and an incorrect dish then followed by poor service.
