Foods always amazing and ready so quick when you go to collect! Never had a bad meal from here. The lady working is always so friendly and helpful too.

Appalling service. After waiting 2 hours 15 minutes for delivery of our food ( and the Chinese had taken phone off the hook) my husband went in to collect the food - just beening cooked After 2 hrs 15 mins!!!All they offered was delivery cost refunded

I notice how most of the reviews are from people who had a delivery well obviously they are busy can not please everyone I got up off my backside and went to the shop no problems food was great

Ordered st 17:30.... arrived at 23:45... I am not lying. They also deleted my review on facebook. THESE ARE CROOKS!!!! THEY HAVE OUR MONEY, BUT WE HAVE HAD NO FOOD. 5 HOURS IS NOT A REASONABLE DRLIVERY TIME!!!!

first time ever ordering from hear.. food was very nice.. lots of flavours, good sized ribs.. salt and pepper chicken was delicious 👌👌 the prawn toast was a little to greasy. food portion and reasonable price..will be ording from hear again

Very disappointing. Ordered online at 5.20pm for 6.30pm delivery. Email confirmed 7pm delivery, which was fine seeing it was a busy Saturday. At 8.30pm, having tried to ring repeatedly only to hear engaged tones all evening, I had to go to the shop! Over 3 hours later! Even then the order wasn't correct, was expensive, small portions and wasn't actually very good quality. Will never order from there again. Save your money.

Terrible customer service. ordered at 5.15, expected at 6.45 waited until 7.15 before trying to ring ( no answer as they were probably too busy) just eat app was then updated as a later delivery to 7.50, still didn't arrive, updated as delivered. finally arrived at 8.25... safe to say we wont be ordering again! ever...& suggest you are more truthful will delivery times.

The starters and main courses were absolutely delicious - the ribs fell off the bone tasty, sesame prawn toast - perfect... also, great value for money for food this good. Not sure what some of the recent negative reviewers are looking for - I wholeheartedly recommend this takeaway.

The worst take away experience I've ever had and I've eaten at KFC!!! Food took an hour to get here which is fine. Driver called up pre delivery to advise that he had been knocking on my door for 20 minutes. He even said he was knocking on my window (which I was sat right next to). I asked the driver to knock again and he did. I heard him knocking on the call and was stood in my open doorway with no driver to be seen. It was clear by this point that the driver was knocking at a different address. Alas, I did my best to direct him to the address on his order slip (easily googled, I checked). He arrived and thrust an open topped box of food into my arms: delighted! I took it inside and shouted the missus "our food is here"! Every single item of food was stone cold!!!!! I called the restaurant to complain to be told by the manager that the drivers were knocking on my door for 20 minutes. I quickly corrected him and he passed me to the driver who swore blind that they were knocking on my door. They literally lied to me down the phone when they were involved in a conversation with me about 20 minutes prior with me directing them to the correct house. I asked to speak to the manager again and he advised that he would come out and see us. True to his word, he knocked on the door 10 minutes later. I handed over the stone cold food and he said that he would take it back, reheat it and redeliver. Hang on pal, there's scallops and chicken in that order!!!!!!!! Are you trying to kill me? The least that I would expect after a driver blunder such as this would be a fresh order of food. So I asked him to bring me a completely fresh set of food. He said he would bring me fresh scallops and chicken but would reheat the noodles and the curry sauce. What the hell?? I called the restaurant and asked them not to deliver me any more food as I doubted that they would cook me fresh scallops and chicken. I then asked for a refund which they advised I would need to speak to Just Eat for - fair enough. We are now two hours in and we are starving!!!!!! I called just eat and they were very helpful and have refunded the cost. I would not order again from this restaurant for a number of reasons: their drivers lie and cannot use Google, their manager thinks that reheating scallops and chicken is ok and the food is delivered in open topped cardboard boxes so that when their drivers finally arrive after knocking on strangers houses for half an hour, your food is as cold as Theresa May. I wouldn't mind but the food looked great. Anyway, I've ordered a pizza, it's on its way. This review comes across as if I have a chip on my shoulder, but they were taken away with the food safety officer of the year.......avoid these people at all costs.
