The food itself is delicious. Fantastic flavors and very filling! The problem is when ordering food for delivery. We ordered our food for delivery through Pixi's own website and were told it would take 1hr for delivery. After 1.5hrs we hadn't received our food. We tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. After the 10th attempted call over 30minutes (not an exaggeration, it took 10 attempts before the phone was answered) we finally got through to the restaurant and were told our food was now being prepared and would be out with the next delivery driver. Our food finally arrived 3hrs after we initially ordered. In summary the waiting times for delivery were ridiculous and trying to get in touch with the restaurant was aggravating. A shame as the food is delicious!

The food is ok, and in a town where generally take-out food is pretty poor I order from here on a fairly regular basis. It's not unusal for delivery to take longer than expected, or for the order to be wrong when it does arrive, and I've given up with trying to communicate with them so it's pretty much pot-luck. Tonight I waited 3 hours, and when the order finally did arrive it was wrong. I had called earlier (after and hour and a half) to see how long my order would be and was told it would be leaving in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later it turned up, and was wrong. The last straw, I won't be ordering again.

Really flavoursome authentic cooking .( Good sized portions) Friendly staff and service. Whilst there, I realised that people ordered from Liverpool, Runcorn and beyond. Get yours now...

The frustrating thing is that the food is delicious and there's a really good selection of dishes but the delivery and communication is poor. We generally try to order an hour and half before we want it despite the ETA always being 45 minutes however it rarely arrives within 2 hours and it's actually a bit sad we've just come to expect it being so late. If there was any kind of update communicated from the restaurant it wouldn't be as bad but there never is, it's just always late.A reason that it is late is because it's obviously very popular due to quality but the restaurant needs to implement a better process to manage demand and update the live tracking to reflect busy periods which are most evenings.

Tried most of the menu and never had a bad meal. Steak boxes are my favourite. Very friendly staff who always go the extra mile. Best takeaway around

Without doubt the best takeaway in Warrington food is always hot and absolutely delicious. Yes they occasionally are a little late with delivery but I'd rather wait an extra 10 minutes for there outstanding meals.

The food was fairly nice, be careful however, at busy times you might have to be prepared to wait for your food. We ordered before 6pm and it turned up at our door at after 9pm. We chased up a couple of times and they wasn't really interested, second time hung up on us.

Pixis Caribbean flavas is the best takeaway in Warrington, probably the best in the North West. There is never left overs despite the generous portions because I eat the whole lot the night I get it! The food is just too delicious! The staff are super friendly and polite. It's not the quickest takeaway but it is seriously worth a short wait for the best flavoured food, it's clearly fresh and made with great ingredients and of course a lot of love 😍

Although the staff were SOMEWHAT friendly, the food was poor. The oxtail was the only exception, however, a fifth of the container consisted of oil.Moving onto the ackee and saltfish. Firstly, the portion size was shocking. I received almost an empty container. And secondly, the sour, vinegar-like taste coupled with the jelly-like consistency was very off-putting. This dish was inedible and, therefore, was thrown away.Furthermore, the plantain was drenched in oil. I struggled to taste the actual plantain as the oil was far too overpowering.I am giving 2 stars and not 1 as the oxtail was appetising once salvaged from the oil. Unfortunately, the rest of the food went to waste. I have attached pictures to share my unpleasant experience.I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
