Our go-to spot for food on our trips to Liverpool, really quick service!

Service was shocking, didnt give correct food ordered, when went back and ask for the correct order, lady who was behind the counter just picked it up and dumped it in the bin and just dumped the correct food on the counter, customers clearing rubbish from the counter not the staff, machines not printing receipts out and when mentioned you just told "do you need it"Disgusting service and attitude from the lady at the till/counter

absolutely shocking. delivered to wrong address. wouldn’t let me call driver. food box’ came dripping in gravy so had no gravy for my food.

Main building has a KFC and starbucks along with the normal overpriced retail outlet.The lorry park is in dire need of work and can be rather busy.

Usual motorway services outlet. Food was cooked fresh and staff were pleasant (even when someone was moaning about the wait) however....The portion sizes need looking at. Large 12 pieces meal came with minimal popcorn chicken and coleslaw. Luckily was just myself and not an actual family

Consistent poor service! Ordered online twice (gave the benefit of the doubt after the first order). Both were all cold with parts of the order missing!! Won’t be ordering again.

Understaffed!! AVOID! 2 hours waiting for a delivery on a Wednesday. Delivery driver also had to wait for 30 minutes for the food to be prepared as it was not even ready. They said we only have 2 staff? I will report this to KFC twitter. I expect things to change!

Fresh juicy fried chicken. Tasty gravy and great tasting peach tea. I was expecting a watered down drink... But nope. Gravy was full to the rim. Food was hot and juicy and not dry. And the young lad who served us...Great service!

It took over 15 minutes for a bucket for one and a wrap without having too many customers atm. Fries were cold and soggy, wings had a rancid taste and coleslaw was sour. Like rotten sour. I'll def not eat again from here
