Do not order from here chicken burger not cooked chips pizza and chicken pieces all cold

Actually seen the guy biting his nails then start preparing food. Only went in for a can of pop and had stomach ache think people already know to stay well away haha

Went in frankies for a take out to take back to the hotel after a gig, truly better than I was expecting from a take out chicken place, the chicken burgers were really flavourful (enough for me and my friends to mention too each other the next day) and the chips came with red salt on. Very quick service and a great end to a great night.

Chips are like plastic. Burger bun is like it's been defrosted. Pizza poorly made. The worse takeaway I've ever had. I will never ever buy from here again. Do Not order from here.

Ordered a pizza with x2 Green Peppers and x1 Spicy Beef, instead it came with no beef, no peppers, and it had salami on it. My partners pizza was very undercooked. Called up the restaurant and they told us they couldn’t send us replacement pizzas because they were “too busy”, and then he told us he couldn’t issue us a refund, and put the phone down on us.Awful food, awful customer service, and the place is run by c**ts.

Honestly the food is amazing but when you call them the service is quite bad you can barely hear most the operators and they’re hard to understand I would go to the restaurant in person but not over call I recommend the fries THERE REALLY GOOD WITH RED SALT I recommend them

Price was cheap and good sizes of chicken strips but now small size portions and to expensive they must lower price and bigger portion sizes. It’s not money worth

Ordered at 1015 for a delivery at 1115 for a family meal .... food still not here at 1220 ... phoned 9 times to be told 5 different storys about what's happening ..... asked for a refund was told we wouldnt get the food at 1220 with 2 kids waiting .... shocking service ordered threw Warrington eats .... never again food still not here at 1235

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered some food from here for only half of it to turn up and the half that had turned up was wrong. When I rang up, they were extremely unhelpful and rude and claimed that they hadn't gotten the order wrong despite many attempts explaining to them what was wrong. They refused to refund or send out the correct food and then hung up!

Very poor service and food quality. Ordered through Just Eat with the app saying my order would be delivered in 35 to 40 minutes. When the order was accepted by Frankies this turned into a 1 hour delivery time. It eventually turned up 2 hours after I had placed the order. The food was cold, and disgusting. Chips were soggy, garlic bread was rock hard and the coleslaw was one spoonful which they charged 99p for. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place.
