Visited today after a trip to the nearby IKEA was served by Sophie who was very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely very filling. Good value for money. The garlic bread was a slight disappointment but everything else was fab! Great place for families, spacious and the re fillable drinks are a massive plus. Salad bar was fresh but was disappointed it didn't have any type of Lettuce.

Been to a few harvesters and this has got to be by far the worst one! The service was absolutely shocking, no one had came over after taking out order nor did we see anyone until our food came. We had to ask when our food came to go the salad bar which took another 5 minutes for the girl to realise she forgot to take us. The bread was stale, My main was wrong was told it’d be a 7 minute wait for the correct order to come out which I didn’t mind after 20 minutes the order came out which by then I just wanted to get the bill and leave. I didn’t even get an apology. I won’t be returning to this harvester anytime soon.

Little bit disappointed. We came here a few months back and the food was lovely. However when we came back again 2 night ago, it was really not good. The bread seemed a little stale from the salad bar, and the coleslaw was vile. When our food arrived my steak was poor quality and it had gristle through the middle. There was one small mushroom on the plate with the steak, just seemed like it was the dreggs of what was left over. We didn't even bother with a desert as it put us off.

Went for the breakfast with Santa event. Lovely atmosphere. Was seated quickly and our orders taken but took some time for the food to be ready and it was after our visit to Santa (so around 30 mins wait from arrival to Santa). Food when it did come was fresh, hot and tasty. Good value overall as the child visits Santa gets a gift too. Car park is rather small

Very quiet when we visited (6.30pm on a Thursday) main courses arrived almost as soon as we sat down from the salad bar, a bit too quick. Chips were very hot but the chicken and ribs were cold. Not overly convinced they were cooked or stored properly once cooked. All I know is I had a very upset stomach for all of the following day.

We called here for lunch in the middle of pre-Christmas family visiting. Service was fast and friendly. We had a vegan bean burger and a camembert and tomato tart with jacket potato, both were excellent. The salad was nice too, and the coffee. Couldn't fault it for the price.

Visited with a couple of friends for a post-lockdown catch-up one Sunday evening. Not been for a few years so some things were a bit different. Our waitress Heidi was a true gem - welcoming, friendly and attentive. Good menu choices for vegetarians and the salad bar was guided waitress-service only. Soft drink refills were self-service still. Would return.

Excellent service. Food tasty as always. Great menu selection. Plenty of space given and cleaning spot on!

After a fantastic day out we turned up without booking. The place was extremely busy and the staff were rushed off their feet, but this did not stop them from making us feel welcome. They explained as soon as we arrived that there could be a wait. Not long after we had our drinks and our orders taken. The staff were constantly busy, taking orders, clearing tables and serving the meals, all with smiles and care. The food was just as good as the service. Fresh salad bar. Perfectly cooked steaks and chicken. Not to mention the delicious sundaes. We left what we thought was a generous tip but very well deserved. I hope all the staff here know that they are great at what they do. We didn't get the name of the lady that served us but she deserves a medal and was the reason we returned the following day, when again we got great food and fantastic service from Kyle (We suspect he's an X-man as his memory skills are amazing). If we are ever in the area again we will definitely return.
