Hung King in Warrington

BEWARE!!!!Food fantastic BUT first time that items not received!!!! Ordered last night, had some of the lovely food, today went to put rest in fridge & realised 2 items missing. Called them at opening times & they said I should have called them at the time & even went so far as to put blame on driver/delivery. No empathy or appology...it was basically our fault. Not ordering from them again!!

Short black hairs (not convinced they were human) in multiple dishes, so had to bin the whole order, I rang to complain, the staff member laughed and said “we don’t cook hair on purpose”. I obviously wanted a refund, she said “no refunds, we’ll give you 10% off your next order”. Beyond disgusting, don’t do it to yourself.

Next door shop. Very nice lady. Does Thai food also.

I was the first and last time to this place. I ordered the sweet sour chicken with noodles. The price almost took me off my feet. 9.70£ for the port of takeway is a lot.wherever I eat my favorite treat, I pay around £ 7 a serving. But I bought it for a trial, I thought maybe it is big and tasty. Unfortunately. The taste is not as impressive as the portion. For me 3/10

Late delivery, service charges totalling £3 and very mean with the meat portions. One dish was a mixed met curry. Its true description is onion curry with some meat. Not good value I'm afraid.

Rubbish, overcharged cash and given wrong appetizer short of ribs. Main dish too salty and over spiced, ruined my evening. How did this get 4.5 rating?!

Very, very disappointing. I popped in as it looked clean tidy and a nice couple running it. Got home and whilst the food was good quality, the portion sizes show a deliberate attempt to charge high prices for not a lot of food.The plastic container depth for the rice was the smallest I’ve had from a takeaway so the rice portion was ok but clearly not what I would call standard size.The main course was my main dissatisfaction- salt and pepper chicken which tasted great but it was about 2 tablespoons portions and only about half way the depth of the tray. It was eaten very quickly and I genuinely felt ripped off.Unfortunately I don’t like owners who are stingey on portions so I don’t buy from here again.

The food was excellent and tasted fresh, only downside was the portion sizes, 7 pieces of chicken for salt and pepper chicken not enough for me. And the salt and pepper chips there weren't many, other than that 5 stars

The food was good,the delivery and service were good.i will be ordering from here again.

Always unbeaten on taste and quality, we occasionally try other places but they never come close.This review is from someone who is very particular about food quality - Hung King is better than most restaurants - delicious!Generous portions, enough for a repeat meal the next day, good prices too. SO GOOD.
